Timmy sighed as he leaned against counter. "Why it's so slow day today?" he murmured as he took glance of his brother.

Tommy shrugged, as he wiped dust from window frame. "I like slow days more." he told with soft hum.

"Of course you do, but I don't. I hate them!" his brother told spreadding his hands. "I wanna do something." he added.
"Well, you could help me with cleaning?"
"But cleaning is boring."

"Then I don't know what you should do." Tommy shrugged. He twitched his ears slightly when bell chimed as the door opened.

Timmy brighten up when he saw Tom and Redd step in. "Uncle Tom! Uncle Redd!" he chimed jumping over them. "What are you doing here?"

Tommy flicked his tail gently, as he put cleaning wipe aside. He went over to his brother.

"We are here to check on you two. Everything going well?" Tom asked as he hugged the little ones.

"Everything is fine, but day has been slooow." Timmy told as the hug was let go. "Can we already close the doors? No-one isn't coming in." he told.

The kitsune flicked his tail, he was going to say something. But the tanuki cut him off, "No. Other days might be slower, but there will always be someone who will come in later." he told.

Redd huffed. "We closed sometimes earlier when flow was slow." he said crossing his arms against his chest. "No, we didn't. You just left early, because you were bored." the tanuki scoffed.

"I never asked you to stay! I always asked you to come with me." he told with soft huff. The tanuki sighed softly, "And I always told you I can't, and atleast one of us has to stay in."

Redd rolled his eyes slightly as he crossed his arms against his chest. "I guess..." he murmured.

Tom shook his head slightly. "Hm... You two can close hour earlier today, does that sound good?" he asked as he placed his hands against the little ones heads.

"Yes! That's okay!" Timmy chimed quickly. "We'll work hard until then." he nodded sparkles in his big blue eyes.

Tommy flicked his tail gently as he grapped his apron's hem. "Uncle Tom, Timmy doesn't help me with cleaning." he said carefully.

Tom rised his brow slightly. "Is that true?" he asked as he tilted his head slightly.

Timmy shifted slightly. "Yeah, it's true... But, cleaning is boring!" he told spreadding his hands. "You still should help your brother." the older one told with soft sigh.

"But we should get going now. Remember have lunch break." he added as he opened the door. "Redd, let's go." "Fiiine..." the kitsune mumbled.

Redd flicked his ears slightly. "After two of you get from work, we can do somethin', dunno yet, but I'll think 'bout it." he said before he stepped out of the building.

Tom let out soft sigh as he closed the door. "But before that, we should talk." he said taking the kitsune's hand to his own. "Again? Why?" he huffed.

"I think it would be good to talk about last night." the tanuki told. He sighed again, as he placed his free hand against the kitsune's cheek. "I'm worried, okay?"

"Mm... I, dunno, I don't really feel like talkin'..." Redd told. "But... I guess, I could try, let's just go home first. No, let's go to my place, I really need somethin' to drink." he murmured.

Tom sighed thirt time. "Fine. You haven't even been there for a week? I think I could clean up."

"No, I did go there, uh... was it on Monday? Yeah! Monday. I just needed to finish few things so I could get extra bells." the kitsune shrugged.

He was quiet before he gasped, "Oh! Now I remember!" he told tail wagging. "I forgot that I finished that paintin' ya wanted!"

Tom blinked. "O, oh. Well, uh, thank you." he nodded. "Well, I guess we could go to your place." he said with soft chuckle. Redd nodded. "Yeah, let's go."
