Only the Avatar can master all four elements and bring balance to the world

THIS JUST IN:

Republic City is at war! After discovering that her father, Hiroshi Sato, is working with the enemy, Asami turns against him. Following another defeat at the hands of the Equalists, Lin Beifong resigns as Chief of Police. With the Equalist army growing stronger, who will help the Avatar stop Amon and restore balance to the city?

Bolin leaned slightly over the railing of the ferry taking them across Yue Bay to Air Temple Island and winced at the sprays of saltwater that jumped up from the bay below him. Pabu softly moved off of Bolin's shoulder onto Mako's as he stared off at the temple, the shoulder Pabu settled on being loosely wrapped around Asami's shoulder. Staring blankly at the closely approaching landmass, Asami sighed as she pulled away from Mako as the ferry began its loading into the dock and briefly shut her eyes as she made a smile overtake her face.

On the other end of the docked ferry, Jinora, Ikki, and Meelo stood on the dock with Korra who leaned softly against Naga's side while rubbing her ears. They all waved at Mako, Bolin, and Asami as they stepped off of the ferry once an Air Acolyte lowered the ramp, and Ikki, naturally, was the first one to jump into conversation with them.

"You're finally here! Welcoooome to Air Temple Island, your new home!"

"Yes, welcome to my domain," Meelo interjected, pointing at himself with a pleased smile. Jinora rolled her eyes and slightly shoved Meelo as she whispered at him to knock it off.

"Well, aren't you sweet...little monk child," Bolin trailed off as he leaned forward towards Meelo with his duffle bag thrown haphazardly over his shoulder. Mako walked up behind Bolin and fixed his brother's bag to make it more secure before squatting down to let Pabu onto the ground to explore.

Pabu immediately ran between Meelo's legs and then made a break for a berry bush to the right, Meelo's wide eyes following every single one of Pabu's movements. "What's that fuzzy creature?" he asked. Emerging from the bush, Pabu found himself next to his large friend Naga and they gently sniffed each other's snouts, Pabu's paw meeting Naga's nose once he recognized her scent.

"That is a fire ferret," Jinora explained with a pointed finger, "An arboreal mammal common to the bamboo forest of the central Earth Kingdom."

"Ooh, he's cuuute!" Ikki gasped as she ran off to befriend Pabu. Pabu ran underneath Naga to escape Ikki as she barreled towards him, but it made no difference as Ikki dived to the ground and reached her hands underneath Naga for him anyway. Pabu hissed at her before running off to someplace else as Ikki eagerly followed him while Meelo floated himself up to Naga's head so that he could play pretend.

"Yip up! Fly sky bison! Fly!" Naga doesn't react to Meelo's tug on her ears as it had become a common antic of his. Jinora, on the other hand, was still annoyed from it and after plugging her ears from the oddly loud distant shrieks of Ikki as she chased Pabu, Jinora roughly pulled Meelo off of Naga and dropped him to the ground.

Korra chuckled at the kids and began walking closer to Mako, Asami, and Bolin who had moved back to the ferry to make sure their luggage was handled correctly. "Thanks for sending the Air Acolytes to help us with the move," Mako said once Korra joined them at the edge of the dock.
