AIRBENDERS ARE MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARING IN BA SING SE.

The Earth Queen has denied any knowledge of the airbenders, but Korra refuses to believe that after all she has learned about the Earth Queen. Meanwhile, Mako and Bolin met their long-lost relatives who told them that Dai Li agents have been rounding up airbenders for the Queen's army. Jinora and Kai have a tense moment just minutes before Kai gets taken by an unknown assailant, all the while, at a prison in the North, Tonraq and Lord Zuko prepare for Zaheer's imminent attack on the compound.

Snow billowed up around the feet of Lord Zuko's dragon as Druk slammed into the ground. Tonraq jogged up to meet him, snow dusting over his coat as Zuko pulled tight on the reins of his dragon. "Did you see Zaheer?"

The Eska and Desna took a small step forward, not pleased with the snow they had to bend away from themselves as Druk shook his head full of snow down toward the sulking twins. "The only thing I saw was a snowstorm heading our way," Zuko sighed, gazing out in the direction he came from.

Tonraq followed his eyes, but it did nothing to calm his nerves. In fact, the sheer speed of the approaching cloud stiffened his muscles, his tongue only able to say, "That's him."

The twins moved first, their arms dipping toward the snow, then tearing to each side. The snowstorm split in two and dissipated into the surrounding tundra, Zaheer and the other attackers now exposed as they lunged forward.

Ghazan stayed back to steer the getaway truck to a safe place, but Ming-Hua and Zaheer rolled off the truck, the snow curling back up around them and rushing forth toward Tonraq and the twins as they ran to meet them.

Zuko shook Druk's reins, hoisting him into the sky to follow Gahazn as he drove away, streams of fire pouring from Druk's roaring mouth and steaming the chilly air. Tonraq spun over a remnant of the dragon flames and hurled a block of ice at Zaheer, breaking through his defensive wind and forcing him to readjust his maneuvers.

Eska and Desna swirled up the snow behind Tonraq. As he went for Zaheer, they focused on piercing icicles into their attackers' bodies. Or, at least attempting to.

Some of their icicles tripped up Zaheer who didn't see them as they breezily slid past Tonraq's form and right into his face, but Ming-Hua was another story. The ice melted into her on impact as her water arms furled around the shards and picked them from mid-air.

The twins tried to drag a pile of snow behind them as they slid down to meet her at the bottom of the slope, but she didn't let them get anywhere closer to her before she whipped her arms forward, drenching the twins in water and freezing them mid-step. Their eyes were stuck wide open, the sudden swiftness of Ming-Hua's movements even unpredictable to them.

They focused their minds, working on eating away at Ming-Hua's freeze, but even they knew they'd have some difficulty, that they'd take too long and by the time they were free, she'd already have her prize.

"Ming-Hua."

Bangs echo across the cavern as the door to P'Li's cell froze off its hinges and fell against the icy bridges decorating the cave on its way down. A smile stretched across Ming-Hua's face as she pulled her arms away from the cell door and gently wrapped them around the restraints covering the peak of P'Li's forehead. "Oh, look what they've done to you," she murmured as she stepped slowly closer, the metal restraints clanging to the ground.
