Racing up the stairs to the next deck of the ship, Korra and Lemaya made swift work of any soldiers that they came upon. They knocked them to the ground, then continued on, barging their way all the way to the cockpit.

A large gust of wind from Korra's hands bust the door inward and sent the two sentries standing before it flying. Lemaya rushed into the room after her, twirling a string of water from a nearby stray cup and lunging at the two soldiers that moved to stop her. As Korra flipped one soldier over her shoulder and punched another to the ground with a sheet of metal she yanked at the wall, Lemaya toppled one soldier to the ground. But as she moved to take on the next one, the first slammed into an empty metal tray laid haphazardly on the edge of the table he fell into.

Lemaya's breath hitched as the clang echoed in her ears. The water in her grasp began to bob in the air. Suddenly, it dropped to the ground in a small puddle, and as she whipped her head up to meet her opponents' gaze, her mind tried to wrap itself around the sight she saw just past the window.

The full moon shook Lemaya's fingers fervently, and she almost got sent to the ground by a cable whirring toward her. She dipped out of the way just in time and clenched her fingers into a fist. Shakily letting out a breath, she charged forward and struck her hands out five times, blocking the soldiers bending before sending a punch right to his jaw.

He crumpled to the floor, and as the other soldier tried to stand, Lemaya picked the tray up from the ground and smacked it clean across their face. The noise in the room had died down and she quietly set the tray back on the table before turning to Korra only to find her look at her with a furrowed expression. "I have never seen you punch a person before."

Lemaya exhaled and kissed her knuckles as blood began to ooze out of them. "I wish I had my fans, it would have made it hurt a lot less." Korra walked over to her and gently took hold of her hand, examining the damage. "I'm fine, I promise" Lemaya sighed, squeezing Korra's hand, "I just should have had my fans on me."

"Are you sure?" Her eyes were soft like drizzling rain, and despite the unconscious bodies around them, Lemaya felt quite at ease in her presence.

"Just the avoidance of my problems catching up to me. I'm...remembering things that I haven't thought about in a really long time?"

"Like what?"

Lemaya pulled Korra close and pressed a slow kiss to her lips. When she pulled away, she smiled as best as she could and said, "I know this will be hard for you to deal with especially after our talk because you love when I go to you first for things, but there's someone I gotta talk to about this before I tell you."

Korra playfully narrowed her eyes. "Is it Annori?" Lemaya shook her head with a grin and Korra pursed her lips. "Because if it is Annori—"

"I thought you let that go, Korra?"

"I did, I totally don't care at all what you and your snowboarding buddy get up to." Lemaya gave her a look as Korra shrugged, "What, it was a funny joke!"

Lemaya deadpanned, "Ha ha."

Korra readied herself to respond when out of nowhere the ship's alarms began to blare. She grabbed Lemaya tightly as she nearly fell over when the ship began rattling downward, everything not tied to the floor sliding quickly to the nose of the ship

"Uh, what is going on?" Lemaya asked worriedly. Korra looked around for any sign of what was happening, only to see one of the guys she airbended kicked straight back into a control panel that was currently dented in places it shouldn't be.

"Oops."

They raced to pull the soldier out of the panel as it began sparking and braced themselves against the walls of the cockpit as they watched the desert approach faster and faster. It lurched into the ground with a hefty groan and it took Korra and Lemaya quite a while to fight gravity and make it back to Naga's cell where she had preemptively curled herself into a safe ball before heading to the roof of the ship.
