Sana Pwede Pa

Kabanata 15

Nandito ako ngayon nakatambay sa shed sa harap ng CICT building. Malapit lang naman kasi ito sa Rizal Hall kaya tanaw ko kung parating na ba ang teacher namin sa Biophysics.

Bukas naman na ang classroom namin pero ayoko munang pumasok. Panigurado kasi andon na si Dominic at kapag pumasok ako don baka mangulit na naman siya.

I waited for few minutes and when I saw my teacher went outside his office and head towards our classroom, I hurriedly fix my things and walked fastly towards our room.

"Good morning, class!" our teacher greeted as soon as he entered our classroom.

Sabay lang naman kaming pumasok pero sa back door ako dumaan samantalang siya sa main.

Naupo agad ako sa unang bakanteng upuang nakita ko sa likod.

"Good morning, Sir!" the whole class respond in chorus.

"I can see that you are with your projects now. That's nice."

Napatingin ako sa dala ko pagkatapos ay ang sa mga classmates ko naman. Kaniya-kaniya din silang dala ng mga projects nila. I was looking at their works when I met Dominic's eyes all of a sudden. Nakatingin siya sa 'kin ngayon mula sa kabilang dulo ng classroom pero agad kong iniwas ang tingin ko.

"You can pass your projects now. Give it to your Class Chairman. We will not have our class today. I have a meeting with the whole CAS faculty."

I saw how my classmates rejoiced because of the news. I can't blame them though 'cause I, myself, is so happy hearing that there's no class with him.

"So that's it. Mr. Clark ," our teacher eyed our Class Chairman, "please collect your classmates' outputs. Just let some of them help you in bringing it to my office."

"Noted, Sir," our Chairman answered.

Pagkatapos marinig ni Sir ang sagot niya ay ngumiti siya sa 'min sunod ay nagpaalam na, "Good bye, class."

"Good bye, Sir!" the whole class answered in chorus.

The moment our teacher stepped outside the classroom, the class stood up and went towards our Class Chairman.

"Here's mine, Pres," one of my classmates said.

Kaniya-kaniya nading bigay ng mga outputs nila ang iba ko pang mga kaklase kaya ako nilapag ko nalang din sa desk ng Chairman ang gawa ko.

After putting it on his desk, I immediately went outside the classroom. Baka kasi makasabay ko na naman si Dominic. May pangalan nadin naman 'yong gawa ko tsaka wala naman na akong balak magvolunter sa paghatid ng mga outputs sa office ni Sir.

I immediately head towards the COOP to eat something. Pandesal at gatas lang kasi ang breakfast ko kaya pakiramdam ko gutom na naman ako ngayon. Wala na kasi si Mama sa bahay kanina pag-alis ko. Tsaka hindi naman nadin kasi masakit ang ulo ko.

"Isang choco roll at isang lemon juice nga please" wika ko sa bagong taga-bantay na nakasuot ng uniform ng mga taga-College of Business. Baka nagpa-part time siya dito.

After few minutes, she gave me my choco roll cake and my lemon juice. "That's just 40 pesos po."

Wow. She's courteous. I eyed her ID but I only saw her last name which is Segala.

Kinuha ko nalang agad ang wallet ko at nagbigay ng dalawang bente pesos sa kaniya.

"Thank you," she said so I smiled at her before getting my order and walked towards a vacant table near the main door.

I started eating my food peacefully not until I saw Dominic and Xyrine opened the door of the main door.

Shocks! Here they are again. Sana pala don nalang ako sa 1st floor kumain.
