Chapter 8

Sitting on a hill they two had a perfect view of the giant school. It was a red bricked school that had the same needs as an other highschool with track, basketball court and football field.

Charlie sat on the giant's shoulder on dark blue polo shirt. Seeing all the giant students from that distance he would just assume they were normal students besides their massive sizes.

"How do you guys have a football field? How do you even know what that is" Charlie laughed taking a photo and looking at the shot.

"We learned from humans. Our leader always had a fascination so we copied a lot of human stuff" Thomas answered chewing a stick of gum.

"Incredible! If I wasn't swear to this secret, I be a millionaire for discovering new life" The blonde looked to his giant friend. Getting a knowing look in response "I wonder..."

"Don't even think about" Thomas rolled his eyes. He crossed his arms leaning back more on the tree.

"Fine. Why did you want me to come anyway? I have to get back or Abby and Andrew will probably get stuck on the jungle gym"

Thomas held his arms looking as if he was debating on what to say. "You got a girlfriend right..."

Charlie raised a brow. "Yes...what about her?"

"Nothing...I just...I" The giant looked away. "Well there's a girl I like"

"Oh cool dude which one?"

"The girl in the purple hoodie" He nodded down.

Charlie used his camera and zoomed in to get a better look and got a good view.

A group of girl stood laughing with each other and one had on a light purple hoodie and light brown hair. She had on dark blue jeans and dark purple shoes. She had an oval face with hazel eyes.

"Oh man, she is cute. Have you asked her out?"

"I did...but...I don't wanna mess up. I asked Evelyn to go to on a walk this weekend to some flower place. Since she has a big heart for plants" Thomas gave dreamy eyes as he set a hand under his chin.

"Good it will go well with your deer fetish" Charlie laughed getting a flick from Thomas on the arm. "Ow!"

"Stop it, I just like to study deers sue me" Peeking over he noticed the girl and her friends were looking in his direction and were waving.

He turned a bit red before waving back.

"Aww there your perfect already deer lover"

"I could step on you" Thomas said through his smile as he continued waving.
