Plopping down in his seat Charlie pulled out his text books and journals as the rest of class came in. Most tarries who were coming into the last bell as he looked outside to the storm clouds rolling in.

Opening his textbook he looked over his extra credit and homework before looking to the teacher who was currently writing on the board.

Looking at his phone he received another text from Thomas.

Sorry I missed yesterday training classes

This time Thomas made sure to call until Charlie answered and told him he had to begin training. So Charlie spend most of the weekend at home and at Jessie's.

Putting his phone away he continued unloading his homework and looked over the answers.

''This is your Algebra class. Just find a seat while I talk to your teacher"

Looking up he saw a boy with a counselor. The boy was tall with light brown almost blonde hair. His eyes were dark brown as he scanned the room for any seats soon spotting the one by Charlie.

"Algebra?" The boy asked noticing the assignment "You got a few of those wrong"

"You know algebra?" Charlie lit up smiling a bit as the stranger moved his desk a bit closer.  "Yes and its something I'm use to....hold on" The boy took the sheet and wrote down some numbers and erased a few mistakes before handing it back.

Charlie raised a brow but nodded as the teacher asked for assignments to be passed up.

"Nine out ten!?" Charlie held the sheet up as his classmate walked with him to their next period.

"Yeah it was that simple"

"It's Algebra" Charlie looked at his sheet. "How are you so smart? I suck at math"

"My mom is great at math we use to watch math solving shows and it became a habit"

The two entered science and sat next to each other.

"So what's your name?" Charlie asked putting his bag on his desk.

"Jordan, If you want I can tutor you a bit I'm free after school"

Charlie gave a big grin and nodded quickly

"Yes"

"Tyler! Tyler! Please! Where are you!?" Tearing eyes looked around the dark forest. The haunting shadows caused a young girl to hold her shoulders as she stumbled against sticks and bushes.

The feeling of the earth shaking beneath her made her catch her breath. "What...." Slapping her hands against her mouth she stumbled against an a large trunk.

Breathing in heavily she looked around her. Dropping her head a pair of car keys were in the grass a few feet away.

Her body stiffen as the sound of quakes settled. 'Is it gone?' Looking above her view was blocked by the sight of large trees. The sky slowly being consumed by dark clouds as the girl realized it meant rainfall. Her hand snatched the keys as she began pressing the buttons.  "Where is the truck? He parked it nearby...where is-"

An old blue truck caught her attention. "There!" She cheered as she raced forward. Her footsteps moved quickly struggling not to slip in mud from an earlier storm.

A flash of hope glowed before a shadow casted over as if a simple box was crushed under the weight of a giant boot. Force hit her as she slammed against the cloest tree.

Her body went limb as she felt a stab on her shoulder by the thick bark.

Gasping to the dirt the girl's head lifted in fear as a looming figure stood over. "A..a woman?" The girl felt tears as the female giant glared evilly down to her.

The sight of the massive hand lowered quickly as the girl's view was soon in darkness.

"No!" Jumping up in her red blankets tears poured down Evelyn's eyes. Looking around her small room a breath left her as she held her shoulders.

The loud blowing winds rustled the bushes as Eve's eyes peeked to the one am blinking from the small alarm clock. "It's okay...it's okay...I'm not gonna do it again. It won't happen again." Covering her face Eve moved back down, covering herself with her blanket. Slowly making herself drift off.
