"A ninety percent! Charlie congratulations!" Charlie braced himself as he was pounced on. Spinning Jessie happily in the small living room.

Setting her down he laughed as he put both hands on her shoulders. "I was so sure it was a an error. I mean my teacher gave the same look of boredom but then I saw my name and all the green check marks"

"Because you studied dork!" And pouncing on him with a tight embrace the two again spun in the tight space between the messy coffee table and tv.

As they slowed Jessie moved of fixing Charlie's messy ends she pushed up with her hands before cupping his cheeks. "We have to celebrate! How about red lobster? I just got my extra pay from the work load last week."

A big grin showed as he nodded his head. "How about at five? I gotta go tell my friend."

"Perfect! And bring some things. We can stay up tonight."

"Dude that's amazing. Congratulations" steadying himself on his friend's cupped hand Charlie held halfway on an index finger. "Getting closer to graduating so I can bug your ass more" Charlie laughed as he was set back on the grass.

"Oh...right. Well just keep up the work and I won't hear you whine all summer. "

"Yes! And before my graduation I will meet you right here. I will bring a whole cake. Or a tiny cake for you. And I can rant off on how annoying and irritated I was all year!" Charlie dramatically fell back in the grass as the sitting giant chuckled. The ground moving a big as he does.

"Only if I can do the same about training. My trainer is constantly over doing it on training. I mean last week we were acting like a crazy guy would come at us and some how knows all the Marshall arts. This town is small no one can pull that off" Peeking over once in a while he listened for any surprise visits from Evelyn as they sat in their normal spot by the old tree stub.

Grass now dying as a good view of where Evelyn's nails looked like claw marks in the earth.

"Scored big tonight too. Date night with food she's buying. And a night of cuddles.'sigh' I'm a King"

Thomas huffed out a laugh as he reached tracing the grass mark carefully. Relaxing his face he sat up as he again checks behind him. "Do you um...worry we might mess us?"

"With what? I just did good in math. I'm unstoppable" Charlie sat cross legged in the grass pulling out his camera as he looked around for any new sight of bird only to settle on a near by rabbit.

"I mean. If...I mess up? Like with our secret?"

Lowering his camera Charlie peeked up to his towering friend. Seeing the unsettled look he let out his own laugh. "Dude. I trust you. And I know for a fact! That even if some random giant or guard grabbed me. You personally kick their ass with no hesitation. Besides I'm so small to you guys I probably don't even hit their radars."

Pushing himself up Charlie smiled up to his friend. "Oh and I'll get you that photo of the doe and her baby tommorow before school. But don't worry your a living building. No one can even knock you down."

With a wave he watched his friend walk off. A haunting thought coming in his head. 'Yeah but...a lot of people are bigger then me'.

"That lava cake was amazing! Can you believe how much chocolate poured out?" Charlie walked in after Jessie as she headed to her bathroom shutting the door.

"You act like a five year old. Was that really your first one?" She called thru the bathroom door.

Jumping on the couch Charlie grinned to the ceiling. "Yes! And I love to go more often''

''Ha! Only if you pay the bill! It was almost fifty dollars."

Grabbing the remote Charlie turned on the tv as he got up moving around some old bills and throwing away crumbs.

To his surprise the tv was turned off. Looking to Jessie his face turned red as familiar black bra and underwear showed off her slim stomach. Her curly hair that was once in a pony tail now loose and fell over her shoulders as her head turned to him. "Oh...you thought I meant tv?"

"Jess..." Feeling her fingers trace his face her brown eyes eyed him as she bit her soft lips with a grin. "How about we stay up tonight. And calm that stress you've been building theses last few days?" Kissing his lips softly she playfully pulled his ear down as she moved herself off taking his hands.

Moving to her pace he slowly followed her as they head to her room shutting the door behind.
