Glasses

Chapter 6

Walking deeper in the forest Charile stopped to a circled area where a tree stub sat like a chair.

Sitting the boy pulled out his large digital camera and lazily scrolled through the recent photos. "Squirrel, tree, lake...hmm" He got a better look zooming in and noticed a giant that was near the hiking track. It was almost like a bigfoot photo if bigfoot was seventy feet tall.

He sighed as he deleted the photo "I actually liked that one it had a bluejay" He mumbles to himself and continued to bronze.

Dark green eyes watch from the shadows as a soft giggle rustled the leaves of the trees.

The teen continues looking at the photos his back face away as he seemed too distracted to notice anything.

The trees shook as the observer slowly crawled closer. A grin spread as it moved in closer and closer.

A hand slowly rose as it reached so close that it blocked the sun as the large hand loomed over about to grab the tiny teenager.

Still distracted the teen kept scrolling taking no notice.

The hand slowly rose before moving with a quick flash, only to stop dead in it's tracks as a voice spoke.

"Lily if you make me lose my glasses again, I'm telling Thomas" 

The hand retreated as the young giant fell back making the ground shake slightly. "How!? I was quiet!" The six year old protested.

"It's called having siblings, besides you made half the trees shake just crawling"  The blonde looked behind smiling at the six year old.

"Whatever, I didn't wanna play anyway Charlie" The giant spun herself and crossed her arms sitting crisscross. Her brown locks spinning over her shoulder as she turned her nose up.

"Cool I need to take photos for school anyway"

Lowering her arms she peeked again to see his back turned.

A smirked came on her lips as she reach again.

"I won't do it." Charlie warned seeing the shadow of her hand. "I think I heard BIG footsteps" Charlie smiled innocently to Lily making her narrow her eyes.

"Mine are big! It was me" The girl narrowed her eyes.

"Not big footsteps, BIG footsteps" The teen grinned as he saw the slight pass of a worried expression as the giant looked over both shoulders.

"He was doing homework" She challenged

"Uh huh and how did you know I was out here? Aren't you suppose to be working on your reading?"

A Chester's smile came on her face as she raised a hand quickly "I don't need to read I just want to get you- ugh!"

Charlie smiled as the hand was moved away not even close to touching him.

Lily was held by the chest as her hand was raised and held by the wrist.

A dark haired giant had an unimpressed look as he moved her away a few steps to his chest as he was kneeled down behind her. "This doesn't look like reading Lilian"
