Chapter 67

We arrive at the restaurant and this place screams luxury. Jane looks at us as we automatically straighten our posture as we walk into the door. A kind waiter smiles at us brightly as they give us a deep bow and we do the same.

"Hello, Your seat is this way," they say.

"Um, don't you have to check our reservations," Aashi asks as Soyoung hides behind Fathima holding her hand tightly?

Soyoung is shaking all over, her free shaky discreetly remove her bracelet, she stares at the women with a teary glassy glaze stare; her pupils are dilated. Her chest caves in and I watch her chest move up and down quickly as each breath becomes faster than the other. She looks at the exit as I can hear her praying to leave. She starts to stum.

I move closer to Soyoug and lean in to whisper, " Hey, do you want to go." She nods her head.

I hold Soyoung's hands as she releases her hands from Fathima's hand. Fathima looks at Soyoung with her eye bulging out her sulk and her breath hitch while her posture becomes stiffer as she notices Soyoung's state.

"Joylce I'll go with Soyoung and help her calm down. You need to stay because your the main leader and you know what is best for us," Fathima says.

I know what is the best... for us.

I nod my head before releasing my tight grip, I see the slow ticking time bomb on top of Soyoung show how many seconds she has before she has an episode. Soyoung starts acting more frantic as the countdown counts faster. I push Fathima and Soyoung out of the restaurant and I hear Fathima and Soyoung briskly sprint out of the building and to the back of the restaurant.

"Joylce are you okay," Sidney asks as she holds my arm while showing me her iconic bubbly smile.

Reminding me about the first time we hung out together.

That smile never falls.

"Yeah, Soyoung was about to have an episode, I made her and Fathima go to the back to calm down," I say as Sidney's smile stays on her face as her eyebrows draw together. Her eyes stop smiling as her eyes show concern.

"Do you want to call them and go to them and make sure that they are okay," I suggest?

"Thank you," Sidney says as she runs out.

I sigh as Esmee walks up to me.

"Aren't you going to sit down," Esmee asks. I nod as we walk over to the table.

We sit down at the largest table which has 11 seats, I look at the table to see our names on the table.

Huh... They assigned our seats.

Adamina Judy Woods... huh, that is a name.

Do I have to call them Tiz Wood?

James Michael Black, wow I sit right across them.

Wait, do I have to speak for the group?

I'm not the only leader, this is a two leader group, I can't be the only one speaking.

" Joylce!" Jane says making me whipped my head to her. "Sit down, the people are coming in 10 minutes," she adds.

"Where is Fathima, Soyoung, and Sidney," Valentina asks as Ashton sits down properly.

"I think Joylce sent them out to do something," Ashton says as Sidney walks back into the room and darts over to me.

"Joylce, Soyoung wants to go home. She says she is not in the right mental state to be in front of people right now. Fathima wants to join her to make sure she doesn't hurt herself," Sidney says, sitting in Fathima's seat.

"I'll get an Uber for them and request a smaller table. Do you want to go with them," I ask my joyful, caring best friend?

"No, I want to stay with you but um... can we get someone that we trust to drop them off home," Sidney requests.

"I'll try to arrange that," I say, making her smile brightly.

I turn to Jane," I heard the conversation you had with Sidney and I know what you are going to ask. So yes you can send Soyoung and Fathima home( even though I know that SM is going to yell at us) and I'll let you call someone that you trust to drop them off at home." Jane says with a soft smile lay on her face.

"Thank you," I say as I quickly put on my phone and look at my contacts.

I can't call Maddie because she is working on NCT127 makeup right now for a photoshoot.

Taemin is practicing for a comeback.

Wayv is promoting.

Red velvet is on tour.

JESSICA! I should call Jessica.

I press the call button.

After I called her, she went to pick up Soyoung and Fathima.

"Everyone sit down," Jane orders all of us.

We all sat where our name tags were, Sidney switched Fathima and hers so she could sit next to me. Soon the people arrived and we finished the day.
