Chapter 5

*English*

We are currently packing things up for the photoshoot slash picnic. Jungwoo and I were talking about what we should order while Lucas and Sidney were packing stuff.

"Joy, what outfit do you want to wear? cute or cool?" she asks me. 

"I'll wear something cool," I say looking at the closet.

*Korean*

"Here, change into this," Jungwoo says.

"Thank you," I say, taking the outfit from his hand. 

I wasn't expecting such a cute person to choose something so dark.

*English*

I changed into the outfit and walked out to see Lucas, Sidney, and Jungwoo talking to each other. Lucas is translating what Sidney says into Korean. I sit down in the chair to the beauty vanity and start doing my makeup. 

I started to work on my hair as the doorbell rings, Sidney jumps out of the couch.

"She's here!" She happily screams. 

"Who's here?" I ask as I finish my hair. 

"Wendy!" She says happily.

"Who?!" I ask, wondering why someone knows our hotel room. 

"Don't worry! You know her," she says as she opens the door, to show that female kpop idol that was one of the judges. 

She became friends with the judge….what how?

"Hello, Sidney," Wendy says smiling.

"Hi, Wendy!" Sidney while letting Wendy in. 

"Here's the camera I was talking about, you should get it. If you want to start taking professional photos," Sidney says, showing her camera. 

"Ooh, where did you get it," Wendy says. 

I tune out their conversation, Lucas walks to me and sits down next to me.

"You look good," he says, making me blush.

"Thank you," I say smiling, I feel my face turn red. 

He flirts with me until we are ready to go to the picnic. 

"Okay, which spot would be perfect for our picnic," Sidney says happily. 

"It's so hot, why did we decide to have a picnic again?" Lucas asks, Jungwoo isn't with us since he had a family emergency. 

"Look at the view! Joycle, why is your face always buried in that book?" Sidney asks as she pushes the book down to show my face. 

"Sorry, I was in a good chapter. I'll put down the book and pay attention to you, “ I say putting the book in my bag. 

“We should have a picnic right here, it's under a giant tree,” she says, running to the spot that she was talking.

“Is she always like this?” Lucas asks as we walk where she is right now. 

“Yeah, that's what makes her so cute and awesome,” I say, making him smile. 

“Are you and Sidney dating?” he asks.

I giggle, “Sidney is straight,” I say looking at him in the eyes. 

“So do you have a partner?” he asks as we reach the area. 

“No, why?” I ask as I put down the blanket for the picnic. 

“I just wanted to know,” he says, helping take the things to the spot. 

“You wanted to know what?”  Sidney asks. 

“Nothing, Sidney,” he answers.

“What did you buy for food?” Sidney asks as she fixes up the camera. 

“Dosirak and Yubuchobap,” I say, confusing the others. “Dosirak is a Korean lunch box; there’s Dakgogi mandem or Chicken dumplings in English, Haemlijeon aka Seafood pancakes. We got Lobster gimbap or Lobster seaweed rice roll and Yubuchobap or what it’s called in English fried tofu stuffed with rice,” I explain, making them nod. 

“You know, you and Lucas look cute together, you guys should do a couple of photoshoots,” she says with a giant smile on her.

“A couple of photoshoots! Bu-t-t he’s not my boyfriend,” I say, turning red, looking down.

“So, it's a photoshoot, you guys don’t have to be dating to do one,” she says innocently. 

Ugh! Why is she so adorable with her big eyes and her cute lil old face. I can’t fight or argue with her. 

“Fine,” I say, giving up. 

“I’m down but I want to eat,” he says smiling. 

“No let's first get all the food out and take a photo,” she says, making Lucas scratch his nape. 

“Fine, do you mind if I take off my shirt?” he asks, smirking at me. 

“You can take off your shirt, I don’t think Joy will mind,” Sidney says while taking out the food. 

“Do you mind Joy,” he says, pulling me closer.

 Lord almighty why you put temptation in front of me, you have taken way too much from me. 

“I’m cool with it,” I say looking directly in his eyes. 

“That’s good,” he says, pulling away. 

He takes off his shirt and I tried my best to not look at him. I take out the book that I was reading and continue reading, not wanting to know what is right next to me. I felt someone in front of me but before I looked up I heard.
