It's been a week since they officially became a couple and hindi pa rin nila sinasabi sa mga kaibigan nila. Hindi kasi nila nakikita yung mga engineer kasi busy sila sa trabaho at hindi nakadalaw kay Tres, the past week. Si Bianca, araw-araw namang nakikita ni Dev pero hindi pa rin niya alam kasi ayaw niya lang muna. Lol.

Bigla naman nag-ring yung phone ni Dev kasi tumatawag na si Tres.

"Hi." He said.

"Hi." Dev said. "Alam na ba nila na papasok ka na today?"

"Nope. I didn't tell them." Tres answered. "I wanna surprise them."

"Dami mo ng secret sa kanila. They'll kill you. Hahaha." Dev said.

"They love me, they won't even let a mosquito bite me." Tres chuckled

Dev chuckled too, "I like the confidence." She said. "Oh, sige na. Prepare ka na. Baka ma-late ka pa."

"Okay po. Daan na lang ako diyan. I love you."

"Okay, okay. I love you too."

Tres charged his phone and looked at Jesus' picture that is posted on his closet.

"Thank you." He said and smiled.

Pagbaba niya, saktong naghahanda na ng pagkain si Lola Au at si Tita Lou.

"Good morning!" He said and gave both of them kisses on their foreheads. "Sila tito po?"

"Early golf sesh." Lou answered.

"Sama nga ako sa kanila minsan." Tres said. "Si Yvs po?"

"Bakit mo ko hinahanap?" Kunot-noong tanong ni Yvonne.

"Hahatid kita sa school, ah." He answered.

"Wow! Bakit? Ganyan ka ba pag may jowa? Omg, don't ever break up with Ate Dev!" Yvonne said.

"Who told you I will?" Tres said and smiled. "Dalian mo na diyan, sabay na tayo."

"Kuya, when will you propose to her?" Yvonne asked.

Nasamid naman ang mommy at lola niya dahil sa sinabi niya.

Tres chuckled, "Look at what you did." He said. "Inom ka muna, My oh."

"Ano ka ba naman kasi, Yvonne?" Lou said.

"OA, ma? Tinatanong lang eh." Yvonne said. "Ano bang masama dun? Magtaka kayo kung walang balak 'tong si kuya eh girlfriend niya naman si ate."

"Ay, tita, sumasagot na oh.." Tres chuckled again.

"Seryosong tanong kasi yun." Yvonne said.

"Batang ito talaga, oh.." Sabi na lang ni Lola Au.

"Ash, it's only been a week since naging kami ni Dev. Ni hindi pa nga alam nila Rome eh." Tres said. "Chill ka lang, darating din tayo diyan."

"Gusto ko na kasi ng legit na ate, kuya. Tagal naman kasi eh!" Sabi ni Yvonne.

"Legit na ate mo naman si Dev. You can do every ate thing to and with her." Tres said. "Alam mo kasi, marriage isn't a joke. It could be, well it actually is, life-changing. Dapat yan pinaplano nang mabuti. Tsaka, I wanna take all the time I can to organize and plan for that. Since, I wasn't able to formally ask her to be my girlfriend, I'll make sure na I'll give her the proposal of the century." He said and wiggled his eyebrows to her while smiling.
