Ayaan's P.O.V.

I took the taxi back to the camp and entered to find Ankita laying on a log outside, fast asleep. She hugged her body, clearly feeling cold and was trembling. As I was approaching her, snow began to fall from the sky and I stopped and looked up. Looking at Ankita, I realised that I had to get her inside quickly otherwise if she remained in the cold, she will fall sick. I stooped down in front of her and looked at her sleeping. "I know that you must have remained here worrying about me. If you love me so much then why are you questioning it? Why don't you admit that you also love me?" I said to her. Slowly, I lifted her in my arms and carried her to her bed. Taking out her boots, I covered her with the blanket and left the room. I went to my room and sat on my bed unable to sleep. "I will prove my love is true to you Ankita. Even if it means doing anything. Very soon, you will come to me yourself and say that you don't want to only be friends with me but take our relationship one step further," I said. I turned off the lights and laid on the bed staring at the roof.

The next morning, I got ready and went outside. Looking at Ankita's room door, it was still closed so I assumed that she was still sleeping. I only hope that she is alright. After spending so much time in the cold last night, I hope that she doesn't get a cold or fever. I was about to go and get breakfast when the person outside the gate stopped me. It was Rohan. He was standing outside and pacing up and down. The next sight my eyes caught was Ankita leaving her room, all dressed and ready for the day. I looked at her as she left the camp and met Rohan and both of them went away. I was jealous. She declined my proposal last night and early morning, she left with Rohan. I had to get jealous. But I wasn't going to let it affect me too much since I had confidence in myself to win her over. I went to the small kitchen it had at the camp and looked at the people who prepared our breakfast every morning, cooking. They all looked at me surprised and said, "It's so early and you are in the kitchen. Do you want something?" "Yes, I want coffee..." I started but changed my mind and said, "Tea. I want a piping hot cup of tea." "Sure," a lady said with a smile. Quickly, in front of me, she brewed some tea and handed it to me. As I was about to sip on it, I stopped and looked at all of them. "Have you all had morning tea?" I asked. All but one said yes. I smiled at her and said, "You didn't have tea, didn't you?" She shook her head. "Great! So I'll make a cup right now and you will have tea with me," I said resting the cup down. I quickly made a cup of tea and handed it to her. Taking back my cup, I said, "Cheers." I finally sipped on the tea and had to compliment the maker saying, "It's delicious!" They all smiled at me and the one sipping my handmade tea said, "Even your tea is delicious." "Really!" I said. She nodded. Great! So now, I can treat Ankita with some tea. "But why did you make this cup for me?" She asked. I smiled and said, "Having company to drink tea is just a whole level of fun." I sighed and was excited to feed Ankita my tea.

After some time, everyone had woken up and we all sat down for breakfast. The principal and Mr. Prakash also joined us. Looking at the gate, I waited for Ankita to come back and finally, I saw her coming inside. Quickly, I turned to Pihu and began chatting, making myself look normal. From the corner of my eyes, I could see her frowning and I could feel her gaze upon me. But I didn't look at her directly and continued to talk to Pihu. She sat opposite me and next to Vicky. "Where were you?" Vicky asked her. Looking at me, she replied in a loud tone, "I was with Rohan." Was she saying that for me to hear and get jealous? I smirked and said in my head, "Sorry Miss Ankita. Too bad." "Are you youngsters only going to chat away or eat and head to practice as well?" Princy asked everyone. Everyone began serving themselves breakfast while continuing with their talk. Not once did I look at Ankita directly and I could sense that she was getting irritated but it only amused me.

Ankita's P.O.V.

I woke up surprised to find myself in my bed and knew that only Ayaan could have done this. His confession came back to me from last night and I blushed. I know that he left annoyed with me last night but after finding myself here, I know that he must have forgiven me and accepted my friendship. I quickly got ready and left the camp to meet Rohan outside as we planned. No one was up as yet and we went to Sandu's tea stall. While sipping on the tea, I explained everything that happened last night to him. What Ayaan said, what I said, what Ayaan did, what I did. Everything! "I'm very happy for you. I'm sure that you must not have imagined this day, didn't you?" He said. I smiled and shook my head. "In fact, I never hoped for this day. I loved Ayaan for so long but never wished for this day. Because I never thought that it would have happened," I said shyly. "But you know what you have to do. The direction you have to take. This is best for you and him," he said holding my hand. Nodding, I said, "I know. But I saw love for me in his eyes. And I'm sure that I can't be mistaken with that." "Let's hope that's true," he said. After spending some time with him, we came back to the camp and upon entering, the first person I saw was Ayaan. He was sitting next to Pihu and chatting away that he didn't even notice me. He looked absolutely normal to me. I sat opposite him and tried to make him notice me or give me a little bit of attention when I replied Vicky's question saying that I was with Rohan. He admitted of being jealous of Rohan last night but he isn't even reacting now. I was jealous seeing him with Pihu and couldn't bear the fact that he wasn't looking at me but talking to Pihu. I frowned and ate breakfast half heartedly. Finally, when breakfast was over, I got up and went away to our rehearsal area. Sitting on the log there, I frowned and muttered angrily under my breath, "Last night he was so romantic professing his love. He woke up in the morning and everything has gone out the window! Seriously, all men are the same!"

"Ok guys come on!" I heard behind me and got alerted that he was coming, "We lost an entire day yesterday because of me and I apologise for that but our manager, Miss Pihu ordered me to practice extra today so that we can make up for our lost time!" He stood on the stage and looked at me. "Ankita," he said and I looked at him, "Can you bring me a cup of coffee?" I got up with my angry pout and walked away. Quickly making the coffee, I went back and stretched my hand out with it to him. However, instead of taking it, he went on with his lecture and ignored me. He turned his back to me and began talking to the chorus singers. They all looked at me feeling sorry but Ayaan didn't care. "To heck with you!" I said gritting my teeth and turned him around. He looked at me taken aback and I raised up his hand, putting the mug on it. "I already had coffee this morning, I don't want another cup," he said to me. My face dropped and I looked at him with my mouth open. "But since you are becoming a fan of coffee, you can have it," he said with a smile and handed it back to me. He turned around again and continued. I rolled my eyes and bit my lip to control my irritation. I brought a sarcastic smile on my face and went around him, to stand in front of him. "Mr. Ayaan Malhotra, the price of coffee has gone up too much and so, I can't waste what's made. So, you will drink this coffee and you will drink it right now," I said. He held his hands behind his back and bent a bit forward to me. All of my attitude ran away and I began to get nervous. "I gave up coffee. I only drink tea. That too with company," he said softly to me. My heart raced as his words were quite effective to make me emotional and fall in love again. I stared at him for a while, trying to not waste the moment he created but he did exactly that. He straightened his back and walked around me. Standing behind me, he continued giving instructions to the four singers and I stood behind him with the coffee in my hands. I walked off the stage and went back to the kitchen. Resting the filled mug on the counter, I was leaving the kitchen when Princy came to me. "Ankita, can you please come with me? I have some work for you," he said. "But sir, rehearsal..." I started. "I'll send Preeti to take your place," he said. I nodded with a frown and followed him. He led me to his office and gave me instructions as to what I was supposed to do.

Ayaan's P.O.V.

Ankita left with the coffee and didn't come back. I began to get worried. Did she take my joke too serious? Oh God! Was she angry with me? I looked on waiting for her but no sign of her showed. Preeti came and said, "If you need anything, I am here, just tell me." "Where is Ankita?" I asked. "Princy has her for some work. So I am filling in for her," she said sitting down. Good, at least I know that she wasn't angry with me and because of that she was not coming back. Turning to my singers, I said, "Come on guys! Let's start. 1, 2, 3..." And I began strumming the guitar, singing and practicing my song. We did two practice and I began missing Ankita. I wanted to go and look for her. "Let's take a break. I'm going to the washroom," I said and jumped off the stage. I walked around the camp looking for Ankita and finally stopped in front of Princy's office. Inside, she sat with a pen in her mouth and surrounded with papers. She concentrated on them and did her work diligently. Folding my arms with a smile, I leaned against the door and looked at her. I wanted to trouble her so I whistled and grabbed her attention. She looked at me with her earlier angry frown and then back at the papers. Amused, I whistled again and she looked at me sternly. "What do you want?" she asked taking the pen out of her mouth. "Tea?" I said. "Ask Preeti. She's filling in for me," she said looking at the papers. I entered the office and said, "But I want your handmade tea." "You have never tasted my tea," she said. "Then let me now," I said. "Ayaan, I have a lot of work to do. Before Princy comes back with Mr. Prakash, I have to finish all of this," she said. I stooped down before her and held her hands. She looked at me with the pen back between her teeth. She was so adorable!
