"You're the last person I was even worried about" Ezekiel laughed as he shook his head. "Hell and I thought you were actually my friend" Ezekiel looked at Devin.

"You know I was" Devin answered. "No. Friends don't do this to each other. I didn't go console Avah, date her, and ask her to marry me"

"I liked Mallory way before you even dated her or even knew her" Devin answered.

"Yeah I think I know that now. See everything makes sense as to why you'd always tell me to stay away from her. You'd use Dimitri as the excuse but now I see you wanted me to stay away so you'd have your chance" Ezekiel said.

"That's not true, I did like her but I used to warn you because I knew what Dimitri was capable of and he did it, didn't he?" Devin fixed his posture and stood up straight.

"You know as much as fucking cunt that Dimitri was, he was honest. This isn't going to last long and you, her, and I know exactly why." Ezekiel took a step closer to Devin.

"Zeke" Liam said stepping closer as well to pull them apart. Devin asked Liam to stop. "Let him say what he wants to let out" Devin said as he looked at Ezekiel.

"Why won't it last? She already said yes and carries the ring with so much pride" Devin said. "That doesn't mean anything. You and I both know who she really loves is me. She's simply with you trying forget about me" Ezekiel smiled.

"You had your chance and I didn't intervine as much as I liked her. And if it's true as you say that she's with me to forget about you, I'm fine with that because by the looks of it, it's working." Devin smirked to erase Ezekiels cocky smile off his face.

"Hopefully Mallorys final choice doesn't erase that smirk of your face. Not only have you lost my friendship but you'll loose her too" Ezekiel said.

"It's a good thing she's liked to be out with me publicly" Devin answered. "That doesn't assure you anything, she was public with Dimitri and we know how that turned out but when she was with me, well you get the hint. In fact it wasn't that long ago that her and I were together, she even left behind a garment of hers that you might recognize" Ezekiel lied before turning around.

Devins blood was boiling even though he was trying to remain calm. He felt sure of his relationship with Mallory but he couldn't help but feel somewhat insecure because he knew how in love she was once with Ezekiel.

Devin didn't know why he did it but he was so angry he walked behind Ezekiel and turned him around swinging a punch straight to his face. Ezekiel cleaned his lip as it was busted open before swinging back at Devin. Devin pushed Ezekiel down to the ground and began punching him.

Liam tried to pull Devin off but Devin pushed Liam back. They continued fighting as Liam tried to balance himself as he got up and quickly tried to pull them away from each other again getting Devin off Ezekiel.

Liam stepped in between and yelled at Ezekiel to leave. "I'm leaving because I have someone else to see" Ezekiel smirked before walking away.

"Get near her and you're fucking dead" Devin yelled as he was still furious.

Liam pushed Devin back towards his parent's home trying to calm him down.

"You told him?" Devin asked Liam as he wiped the blood away from a small cut he had on the corner of his lip.

"He was going to find out, he legit thought that they were lies made up by the media" Liam said. "If you want me to leave I'll go" he added.

Devin shook his head no, "he was going to find out eventually"

"I thought he was the one who was going to punch you first. He punched a wall because of how angry he was" Liam said.

Devin shrugged, "I think it's good that it happened, she's my fiancé and he's no longer my friend"

"You beat him up bad" Liam said. "It's what he wanted" Devin said as he only had a tiny cut.

"I thought Mallory was with you" Liam said. "It's her grandmothers birthday she had to go" Devin said.

The following day Mallory sat in the white SUV that was taking them to the private airport.

"I'm so tired" Noelle said as she looked at her phone. "So am I" Mallory responded as she looked out the window.

"At what time did you wake up to get ready?" Noelle asked pointing to her outfit. Mallory was wearing an Elie Saab red and black jumpsuit, heels, a scarf, and a hat. She had her makeup done and her hair curled.

"Five a.m" Mallory answered. "You're crazy, I woke up half an hour before we left the house and barely had the energy to buckle this belt. Noelle pointed to the belt around her waist that she was wearing with a black dress and her combat boots.

"I like your style a lot it's very cute and punk. Edgy, however you describe it but it's really cute. You can pull of combat boots with anything" Mallory said. "Thanks, have you ever worn combat boots?" Noelle asked.

"No, I have my balenciaga ankle boots like the ones I gifted you but they're still in their box because I don't know how to match them" Mallory said. "By the way what happened between Nick and you?" Mallory looked at Noelle.

"Not much" Noelle shook her head. "Right" Mallory smiled. They got to the airport and Noelle grabbed her backpack and put on her sunglasses as the sunrise was beyond bright for her morning eyes.

"I'll catch you up in a second I want to call Devin" Mallory smiled. Noelle nodded and got off the car. Mallory opened up her bag to grab her phone. She unlocked her car and the door opened. Her chauffeur quickly got off the car and was about to pull him out of the seat besides Mallory but Mallory stopped him.

"Let him go" Mallory said. "Are you sure?" The chauffeur asked. "Yes, give us some privacy" Mallory said as she looked at Ezekiel.
