Half a year later Mallory stepped into Noelle's office. She greeted Noelle who was looking at her computer screen reading her primary emails.
"I brought cappuccinos and chocolate chip croissants" Mallory smiled as she set the bag on the table.
"Thanks" Noelle smiled.
Mallory took a seat and unlocked her phone to see a text from Brooke. She locked it and looked at Noelle.
"They're going to arrest my parents soon" Mallory said as she grabbed her cup.
"You don't seem worried about it" Noelle said. "I'm not, they've been living their life like they haven't committed any crimes." Mallory shrugged.
"When are they getting arrested?"
"I don't know, I asked Brooke not to tell me. I know grandma will call to notify me"
"Grandfather will literally get your father out of jail in less than two hours" Noelle responded.
Mallory shook her head, "not if he's behind bars too. Brooke has evidence of grandfather paying to help my parents steal Bellami" Mallory said.
"Yet my father is still free" Noelle answered. "I'm sorry to say this but it won't be long before he loses his sanity when he realizes that he does not have grandpa or my father to help him" Mallory said.
"I'm just worried that he'll run away and hide when he has nobody to protect him, it's been years and Nick's family has not received the justice they deserve. Nick is still being pointed to as his mother's murderer and now a liar for speaking up about the truth that my father did it" Noelle leaned back on her seat.
"On to better things, I'm considering what you suggested about investing in real estate" Noelle smiled.
"Really? That's great. You always need a back up plan especially now that the images of this company will be locked up behind bars, who knows how the associates will react. Although I doubt that it'll affect in anything since they've know you've been working well" Mallory said
"I know but I'm still worried because I already have the media on my back and all this is only going to make them stomp on me" Noelle said. "Anyway that's not exactly what I called you for" Noelle said.
Mallory and Noelle both heard a knock at the door.
"Come in" Noelle said. The door opened and in stepped Devin and Liam.
"There was discounts at subway so we decided to bring some over" Liam said as they stepped into the office and greeted them.
"I brought croissants" Mallory pointed to the bag. "Well now we have croissants and sub sandwiches" Liam said.
Devin walked over to Mallory and hugged her.
"I've never been in this office, it's very nice" Liam said. "It was my uncles office but my grandfather asked us to switch" Noelle said.
"Have you seen Mals office?" Devin asked Liam. "The furthest Ive ever been here has been the lobby and that's because my father left me in the car and i had to use the restroom" Liam said.
"Show him your office babe" Devin said. "Yeah, I'll show him a little tour and then we'll go get some drinks" Mallory smiled and walked out of the office with Liam.
"How are things between you guys? It's been half a year of marriage already" Noelle said to Devin who took a seat in front of her.
"They're great. We have our arguments here and there but nothing serious, they're usually always about me leaving the bathroom door open which I didn't know she hates" Devin smiled.
"It's always the little things for her" Noelle responded as she moved a portfolio of her desk so they could eat.
"You have work?" Devin asked when he saw the portfolio.
"No I was going to show this to Mallory, it's about Zeke" Noelle said his name so quietly because she'd figured that it was a name Devin didn't want to hear.
"What is it about? I mean if I can know" Devin asked so calmly.
"Yeah it's no secret, they're his family's land. I was able to get them back from my uncle and I'm giving them back to Zeke along with a protection document that will help him from having the same theft problem again" Noelle responded.
"Was it hard to get them?" Devin asked. "Somewhat" Noelle nodded.
"Well you should tell Mallory, it's something she should know considering that it's what she wanted to help him get back for so long" Devin said.
"Yeah" Noelle nodded confused at Devins response.
Devin looked around and shook his foot before looking back at Noelle.
"Actually, I want to ask your for a huge favor" Devin said.
"What is it?" Noelle asked.
"Don't tell her or him and don't give him those papers, don't let him know at least not any time soon" Devin said.
"Why not?" Noelle slightly frowned.
Devin looked back at the door, "I'll tell you but I need it to stay between us" Devin said and Noelle thought about it before nodding her head.
Devin gulped before beginning to speak.

Once they were done eating Mallory stayed behind with Noelle as Devin and Liam left.
"Mal are you happy with Devin?" Noelle asked.
"Of course I am, why?" Mallory smiled.
Noelle looked at Mallory and couldn't help but feel bad especially seeing her with that genuine smile. Noelle thought about the conversation she had with Devin before Mallory and Liam got back to her office.
"I was just curious, I mean you've been married and living together half a year. I don't know commitment is sort of scary" Noelle shrugged.
"It hasn't been bad for me, I mean he's a gentleman, a sweetheart and he respects me. We get along great" Mallory nodded.
"That's great Mal" Noelle smiled.
"So what was it that you were going to talk to me about?" Mallory asked Noelle.
"Oh yeah, I was going to tell you that we've considered on opening another office in New York and in Europe" Noelle said.
"Really?" Mallory said in shock.
"Yeah, obviously we'll build in legal property and grow even more. I mean we have clients from all over the world but it's better to have offices all around as well. This will always be our headquarter" Noelle smiled.
"That's amazing, congratulations" Mallory hugged her.
