Noelle stepped into her family's home and bumped into her grandfather who was making his way up to his bedroom with a bowl of ice cream. Noelle found it funny because she never imagined someone so tough looking like a little kid.
"Is Mallory here?" Noelle asked her grandfather. "She's in her mother's studio" Amancio responded.
Noelle nodded and decided to leave up to her bedroom too before Mallory could see her.
Noelle stepped into her bedroom and saw Mallory sitting on her couch. "I knew you would try to avoid me" Mallory said.
"I'm not avoiding you" Noelle smiled.
"Why did you make me attend Ezekiel?" Mallory asked.
"Devin asked me to do it the day he told me he had Lupus, which is why I didn't give him those papers until now" Noelle responded.
"You've had his lands all this time?" Mallory asked.
Noelle nodded, "the day I asked you to come to tell you something important it wasn't because I wanted to tell you about the construction it was his lands I wanted to speak about but when you left with Liam to show him your office I accidentally told Devin what the papers were about and that's when he asked me to hold onto them and that's when he confessed to me that he had lupus. I hesitated and thought about telling you and Liam but Devin was great friend to me too and I know his reasons were extremely valid. Don't be angry at me. I think what Devin asked me to do was great because he knew how in love you were with Zeke and how much Zeke loved you but it's also the perfect time because your father is in jail now and its what Zeke wanted and what you two fought so much about" Noelle looked at Mallory.

The following day Ezekiel was back in Noelle's office. A few minutes after waiting Noelle stepped into the office and took her seat.
"I'm sorry to keep you waiting but this job has those days when it's not easy as it seems" Noelle explained.
"Don't worry I have nowhere to be after this" Ezekiel smiled and shrugged.
"You didn't ask Mallory out?" Noelle raised her brow. Ezekiel shook his head.
"I got nervous and don't really know if she's ready to date" Ezekiel said. "Mallory started dating a year after Devin passed away. So anyways I have all the papers signed and you can go over them yourself or with a lawyer if you'd like. Your property is finally yours again" Noelle smiled
Ezekiel grabbed the papers and smiled before looking up at Noelle. "Can I hug you?" He asked.
"Sure" Noelle nodded. Ezekiel got up from his seat and hugged her, "thank you so much, you don't know how happy my family will be when they see this. You gave us back everything they had and I don't know how to thank you but if you ever need anything you can always look for me" Ezekiel smiled.
"No need to thank me. You're simply getting back what was always yours. I apologize for the harm my family did to yours and you'll no longer be having any problems with any Kline as long as Mallory and I are in charge here" Noelle smiled.
"Thank you" Ezekiel said.
"Mallory is still in love with you but I think you already know that" Noelle added.
Ezekiel nodded, "I don't want to sound all that cringe but she's the love of my life" He said.
"Im glad. The reason why she helped yesterday was because I chose it to be that way. Before Devin passed away he asked me to get you back together because he knew you two were soulmates." Noelle said.
