Steve's POV

"Oh my god! What happened!," Kimberly cried out as I carried Elsa into the farm. I had no idea who owned the farm, but at this point of time I really didn't care.

"She's stuck in an hallucination the Maximoff girl put on her," I told Kimberly as she pushed a curl out of Elsa's face with shaking hands.

"Loki, please tell me you can do something. Anything," Kimberley pleaded with her cousin as tears filled her blue eyes.

"Follow me, I know what to do," Loki said as he tried to hold himself together for Elsa's sake.

We followed Loki upstairs to a bedroom where I placed Elsa down on the bed. Kimberly sat down next to our daughter and continued to stroke the hair out of her face.

"You'll be alright, no one can hurt you now," Kimberly whispered softly as she continued to cry.

I sat down next to Kimberly and put an arm around her shoulder as I looked helplessly down at Elsa. I felt completely useless and a letdown of a father as Elsa continued to cry out to Cedric that she was sorry and begging him to forgive her. I watched as Loki took his leather jacket off and sat down on the other side of Elsa. He placed his hand gently on the top of her head and closed his eyes as he concentrated. Gradually a green glow formed around his hand that turned gold when it touched Elsa. After a few minutes Elsa stopped crying out to Cedric and seemed to fall into a deep sleep.

"She will be fine. She just needs to sleep to regain her strength. She was trying her best to fight off the visions but because of the many strains of magic that flow through her veins she is more susceptible to the powers of that... witch. But she will be fine, she just needs to rest," Loki said as he stroked Elsa's cheek before standing back up to walk out of the room.

"Loki, wait," I called out to him before he could walk out of the room. "Thank you for helping her. I don't know what we would have done without you."

"There's no need to thank me, Rogers. I love Elsa. We may not be related by blood, but I see her as my niece and I would go to the ends of the nine realms to save her."
