TW MENTIONS OF UNDERAGE DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSE

The end of this year was strange to say the least. Fred wasn't talking to Aaliyah and on top of that neither was Ginny or Ron. George was still talking to her but it wasn't the same as before.

Angelina was also acting strange. Oh and her and Alicia are together now, and with George and Lee together, Riviera dating David, and Katie now dating a Hufflepuff, Aaliyah does feel kind of bad for Fred. He's the only one in the friend group thats single.

Oh yeah, that does mean that Adrian Pusey and Aaliyah are official now. Aaliyah got into a fight with Ange about it being too soon since she broke up with Fred, but in Aaliyahs opinion, Angelina has to remember that was over ten months ago now. Just because Aaliyah was petrified doesn't mean that she didn't notice the time passing. And Fred didn't even bother to visit her after the first two months of her being in hospital. So he doesn't even get to be mad about her and Adrian.

Telling Narcissa that she was dating Adrian now was, well awkward to say the least. She supports it of course, she's just worried about what Lucius and her father would say if they found out. And so they decided not to tell them, not yet at least, it's still only been just over a month. Narcissa was worried about Aaliyah being forced into a marriage with Adrian if Lucius and Theodore Sr were to ever find out she was dating one of the 'respected' members of the sacred twenty eight. And Narcissa didnt believe that Aaliyah truly loved Adrian. And maybe she was right.

Aaliyah had a very awkward talk with Narcissa when she told her. She sent Draco out of the room saying she needed to speak with Aaliyah alone, woman to woman. Poor Draco didn't know what to do, he just came with Aaliyah for some moral support. After Narcissa had explained to Aaliyah that she doesn't want the new couple sleeping together because they are too young, and Aaliyah explained to Narcissa that she would never do that with anyone until both of us are of age for consent, she felt a lot better. And Aaliyah did too really because it meant that she really didn't have anything to worry about when it came to Narcissa.

The first few weeks of summer were really amazing for Aaliyah. She had spent the summer that year in the Leaky Cauldron. Her father still didn't want anything to do with her and Lucius still didn't want her anywhere near him so she couldn't stay in the Manor. Aaliyah didn't mind though. It meant that she could spend as much time with Adrian as she wanted without anyone checking up on them or annoying her. She really did love the freedom just as much as she hated the loneliness.

All in all it was an amazing summer for Aaliyah. She had even managed to spend some time with Harry for the last few weeks of the holidays. He some how managed to blow up his Aunt Marge and also had to stay at the Leaky Cauldron. They spent a lot of their time at the ice cream parlor doing homework and eating free sundaes that Mr Fortescue would bring them every few hours. Even though both of them offered to pay, he would never accept the money.

The pair also spent a lot of time admiring the new Firebolt broomstick that was in the window of Quality Quiddich Supplies. Aaliyah spent a good deal of time looking at the broom with Draco and Harry separately. Even though Draco was like her brother and visited as much as he could, and Harry was a good friend of hers, there was no point trying to get them to do anything together, they would just be at each other's throats.

This meant that anytime that Draco was there Aaliyah couldn't spend time with Harry. But she did really love spending time with the both of them.

She also loved the time she got to spend with Adrian. He would always take her different places in London for dinner whenever he visited, and would always insist on paying for everything even though Aaliyah had told him plenty of times that she didn't need him to. Honestly, even though Adrian was two years older than Aaliyah, the pair worked together quite well. She could really see herself falling for the boy.
