TW VERY BRIEF MENTION OF DEATH

Aaliyah woke up a few days later to an owl knocking on her window. She knew instantaneously that it wasnt Errol, the Weasleys family owl. When she opened the window the owl flew in, it was Dracos eagle owl. Aaliyah gave the owl a few treats and some water and sat down on her bed to read the letter.

Dear Aaliyah,

How are you? I hope your summer is going well. Mum told me that your staying in the Leaky Cauldron again. I'm sorry that you cant stay here or at home. I was wondering if maybe you wanted me to come stay with you for a few days next week or so. Send your reply back with my owl. If you don't want me to I understand, but I do hope to see you soon.

p.s. I got you a ticket for the World Cup so I will see you then anyway.

After reading the letter, Aaliyah opened the other smaller envelope within the large envelope and there it was. A ticket for the Quiddich World Cup, and in the top box no less. Quickly she grabbed a bit of parchment and a quill and scribbled my reply to Draco.

Dear Draco,

I'm fine. How is your summer going? Of course you can come visit. Pop by any time. I'm going to be here until the end of the month anyway. And thank you so much for the World Cup ticket. You dont know how happy I am. You really didnt need to do this. I hope to see you soon.

She sent the letter off with his owl and turned to Kittie. "I'm just going to write a letter to Freddie okay, and then I need you to bring it to the Burrow for me." She told the owl who hooted before turning back to pecking at the food in her cage.

Hiya Freddie Bear,

I miss you terribly. I feel like it's been ages since your last letter, even though it's only been two days. When are you coming to see me?

I wish you could have stayed here with me if I'm honest. It would be a lot less lonely with you here. The nightmares have come back, but I'm sure they will stop when I'm back with you at the end of the month.

I'm sure your mum is probably still worried sick about all of you with Sirius Black still at large. I still wonder how he managed to escape at the end of the year. Dad still hasn't even replied to any of my letters, neither has Theo, so really all I have left is you, Draco and Narcissa. not that I mind. you guys are really all that I need.

Oh look, I'm rambling again. I'm sorry Freddie Bear. Oh, before I forget. Draco got me a ticket for the World Cup so we will be able to go to the match together. You still never told me where your seats are. Mine is in the top box, but what else could you expect of the Mafloys am I right?

Anyway, I hope the letter finds you well and that your okay. I'm sending this letter with Kittie so maybe use her to send your reply. I think another letter might just be the death of poor Errol.
