'Im sorry. I shouldnt have yelled at you. I shouldnt have snapped' I said and moved to sit beside her. 'Its okay Bear' she said. 'I know you were mad about what happened to George' she told me and I nodded. Merlin how does this girl just understand me so much?

'Why did you wait up?' I questioned. 'I thought you would be well asleep by now. You usually cant stay awake after eleven.'

'I needed to make sure you were okay' she said and I could hear in her voice that she was crying. 'Worried about me?' I asked pulling out of the hug and taking her face in my hands. 'I always worry about you' she whispered as she climbed onto my lap and attatched her lips to mine, grinding her hips over mine.

'Princess. If I knew that you were turned on by me fighting I would have-'

'Its not the fighting' she said with a slight moan as she unbuckled my belt and moved to straddle my dick. 'Its the protecting your family. Having so much love for them that you would risk violence. 'If your hand looks this bad, Id hate to see the other boys faces' she told me with a small smile. 'Are you proud of me for fighting princess?' I teased, pulling her into a small kiss. 'Im not proud of you for fighting. Im proud of you for protecting your family. For standing up for George' she said as she began to apply the potion to my now cleaned left hand. 

'I always protect my family.' I told her seriously. 'Especially George. Hes too nice for his own good. I love him, but hes too trusting. Hes too good for this fucked up world princess. And everyone thinks that they can treat him how ever they want because of it.' I told her as I sighed. 

She began to clean my right hand as she thought of what to say next. 'I know Freddie. Its just. I dont know. You cant do it forever you know' she said and I looked at her puzzled. 'Cant do what forever princess?' 

She stopped cleaning my hand and looked down at me with a small, sad smile. 'You arent going to be around forever Freddie, you cant always protect him from the world' she said and leaned down to kiss me, slowly and passionately, like she hasnt kissed me in a long time. 

'But you better stick around for a long time okay?' she said as she pulled away. I nodded. 'Im not going anywhere soon princess. And trust me, for as long as Im alive, I will protect Georgie, Ginny, you and the twins from everything' I told her as she went back to cleaning my hand. 

'Some times its better to just let people learn things on their own though Freddie. Some times people need that experience' I looked at her, she wasnt saying what I think she was saying was she?

'Your not saying that George needed those comments said to him?' I asked and her expression instantly made the lump in my throat disappear. 'No, Merlin no' she said as she looked at me shocked. 

'What I mean is that some experiences people need to have. Not anything like what happened to George. Merlin if it was possibe I would have shrank George down and carried him in my pocket to keep him safe the last three years. I just mean that you cant protect him, me, Ginny or the twins, from every little thing that life throws at us. We do have to fight some battles on our own' she said as she put the potion onto my now clean right hand. 

'One second Bear' she said as she leaned down to place a small kiss on my lips before pulling away and bringing the potion, wash cloth and basin full of water back into the bathroom. 

'Tell me what happened' she said as she sat down on the bed beside me. I sat up and pulled her onto my lap, pulling her into a long slow kiss. 'Your not fucking your way out of this one Freddie Bear' she giggled as she slapped my chest lightly and moved to place her head in the crook of my neck with her hands wrapped around my shoulders. 

'Do you really want to know?' I questioned running my hand up and down her back. I didnt want her to know. I didnt want to tell her that I had beaten McLaggan in his room, and gotten all of the boys involved in beating up the other boys. And got Ginny, and Riviera and Astoria involved. She didnt need to know that three unconscious boys lay on the quiddich pitch with nobody except a few Gryffindors, two Slytherins and a Ravenclaw knowing that they are out there. 

'Please Freddie. You cant keep secrets from me remember. We promised that' she whispered into my neck. She is right. After I went drinking and taking drugs for the few days with Jack before the overdose, we promised no more secrets. 

'Okay princess' I said and I started into the tale of the last few hours. She never took her head out of the crook of my neck, never looked at me, but I know she doesnt like what I done. She doesnt like violence, never did, it reminds her of her dad. But she understands, she understands why I had to do it for George. Why we all had to do it for George. 

'And so they are all unconscious and Cormac is going to tell people he was hit my a rogue bludger?' she asked and I nodded. 'Okay Bear' she said as she stood up. 'Im going to brush my teeth okay?' she asked as she walked towards the bedroom. 

'Aaliyah?' I called making her stop. I never called by her full name unless it was important. 'You arent mad at me are you princess?' I asked and she shook her head and smiled. 

'No baby Im not. I wont pretend that I condone the violence. But I understand why you dont it. It was for Georgie. I would have done the same' she said as she walked into the bathroom. 

I shifted on the bed in order to get more comfortable just as Aaliyah came out of the bathroom and lay down on the bed, shuffling over to me. 

'Please dont leave in the morning before I wake up. Skip quiddich practice please. I just want you with me for a bit longer is that okay?' she said as she lay her head down on my shoulder and threw one of her legs over mine.

'Ill be staying with you in bed every morning princess. From now on I promise' I told her, just remembering that I hadnt yet told her that Umbridge kicked me, George and Harry off the team.

'What do you mean Bear?' she asked me sleepily. 

'Ill tell you tomorrow princess okay. You are wrecked right now and you and our two little Mini Muffins need sleep' I joked as I closed my own eyes.

'I love you Freddie. More than you know' she told me as she placed a small kiss on my neck. 

'I love you too princess. Too much' I said as I pulled her impossibly closer to me.
