'So has Fred asked you to the ball yet?' Tori asked Aaliyah the following week as they were sitting in the library.

It kind of became tradition some time in early October for Tori and Aaliyah to spend Sundays in the library. They arent really exactly sure how or why it started they just know that it did, and the pair honestly cant complain. Aaliyah really does love spending time with Tori, she is like another little sister to her, with Ginny being the first of course.

'No' Aaliyah told her shaking her head. 'But he doesnt have to if Im honest. We are a couple, so automatically we would be going together, dont ya think?' Aaliyah asked while Astoria chuckled and shook her head. 'Liyah, you can be so silly sometimes. Draco asked me, and we are together, Blaise asked Pansy aswell, even though they have basically been together since their first year. I know that ye are going out with eachother-'

'Engaged Tori' Aaliyah interrupted with a laugh. 'Were engaged. So maybe its a little bit different for us. Anyway its lunch now, you hungry?' Aaliyah asked and Astoria nodded just as her stomach began to grumble. 'Starving really, didnt eat breakfast' Aaliyah laughed. 'Stop skipping meals Tori, its not healthy' She nodded and the two continued to talk about hair and makeup on our way towards the Great Hall for lunch.

Astoria spotted Draco sitting at the Slytherin table and waved at him. Then she turned around to give Aaliyah a peck on her cheek and a hug before skipping off to join her boyfriend. When Astoria sat down Draco embraced her in a hug and started talking to her with the biggest smile on his face. Honestly, they really are the cutest little couple ever.

Aaliyah went and took her seat at the table beside Lee. George and Fred werent there yet so she turned to Lee and asked him if George had asked him to go to the ball. 'Yeah' he answered with a confused look. 'Why? Has Fred not asked you?' When Aaliyah shook her head no, Lee looked at her with a shocked expression.

'Honestly Lee, its fine. He probably just knew I would say yes. There was no point in him asking anyway.'

'Still Aaliyah, its the one Ball that we will ever get to attend and he didnt ask you. You of all people deserve to be asked to go to it. And honestly, if he doesnt ask, just come with me and George. If he says anything, you can tell him that he didnt ask you to go, so you werent aware that ye were going together.' When he finished Lee started to laugh causing Aaliyah to start to laugh along with him. Honestly the thought of Freds face if she said that to him would be so funny.

'Whats so funny over here?' George asked, slipping into the seat beside Lee and giving him a peck on his forehead. 'Lee asked me to go to the ball with you guys since Freddie hasnt asked me' Aaliyah answered. George had the same shocked expression on his face that Lee wore just a few moments ago.

'Liyah, what do you mean he hasnt asked you? I asked Lee to go like, the day after the dancing thing with Minnie' Aaliyah nodded her head at him and smiled. 'Yeah but its different for you guys, me and Fred were engaged you know, so I assume he just assumed that we would be going together and so didnt think to ask.'

George looked at Aaliyah in disbelief. 'Liyah thats outrageous. If-' George started but he was cut off by his twin sitting down on my opposite side.

'You Freddie, you are outrageous.' George told him. A semi stern look on his face now. 'Why? I havent dont anything' Fred stated. George looked at him, slightly angrier than before. 'That Frederick Gideon is exactly your problem. Your poor fiance here is without a date to the ball-'

Fred cut him off again. 'What do you mean. Shes not without a date. Shes going with me George ya fool.' George looked at him again 'Have you asked her?' Fred shook his head no and went to open his mouth but George started to speak again before Fred got a chance. 'If you dont actually ask her it doesnt count Freddie, and if I were you I would make it special, because Aaliyah here, deserves nothing less than the best.'
