Hyunsuk's 2nd House

The four of them were at the lower ground area at "The Fun House" as Hyunsuk calls it. It was just at the back of the house where him and Heeyoung have been staying for a couple of days. The kids were swimming in the indoor pool that they had and were splashing some water towards each other earlier. Giggles were echoing in the area along with the sound of splashes.

"I'm coming to get you!" Hyunsuk said to Sei and chased after her in the pool. She quickly paddled going away while squealing.

He quickly catched her and pulled her into a hug. She laughed and clinged on to his neck sweetly, knowing that she loves hugging her dad. After a bit of some playtime with her, Hyunsuk looked at Haruto who was laying down on a large inflatable watermelon and staring at the ceiling.

"Lil' bear, are you sleepy?" Hyunsuk chuckled.

"Haru is sleepy." Sei told him.

Haruto just zoned out and quietly floated around while wearing his life vest. They decided to just let him chill on the watermelon for the meantime cause he must be tired after all the splashing they made.

Hyunsuk walked towards the side of the pool while carrying Sei. He looked at Heeyoung and asked. "You alright there, baby?" Sei just listened and looked at them as they talked.

"Yeah, I'm alright." Heeyoung smiled at them.

Sei giggled. "Daddy, she's not a baby."

A chuckle escaped Hyunsuk's lips cause of her innocence. "It's just what I call her, cupcake."

"Haru is Little Bear, I'm Cupcake and Aunt Heeyoung is Baby?" She laughed.

"Yes, that's what I call the three of you." He booped her small nose with his index finger.

"Dad, why isn't Aunt Heeyoung swimming?" Sei asked him.

"She doesn't know how to swim." Hyunsuk laughed.

"Maybe she can wear floaters like me." She showed her orange pineapple floaters.

"But these won't fit her, they're too small." Hyunsuk said.

"There's a pineapple there! She can float with us." Sei pointed at the large pineapple inflatable that wasn't being used.

"If your Aunt Heeyoung falls there, she'll cry." He teased her which made her smirk, knowing that he just wanted to joke around.

"Is she scared of water?"

"No, she just doesn't know how to swim, that's all."

Suddenly, Haruto called out to them. "Daaaaaaadddddddd I wanna sleeeeeeepppppp."

"It seems like he can't handle the sleepiness anymore." Hyunsuk said. "Do you want to swim more, Sei?"

"Yes dad."

"Okay, I'll just bring your brother out of the pool." He let go of Sei and went swam to Haruto.

Sei was left in the same spot where they were earlier and stared at Heeyoung. She felt uncomfortable of course, she didn't know why a 6 year old would be staring at her so intently. Heeyoung decided to wave to her awkwardly and she waved back.

"Hi." Sei shyly greeted her.

"Hello." Heeyoung greeted back.

Sei just continued to stare at her again and the longer that she stared at Heeyoung, the more uncomfortable the older one felt.

When is she gonna break the eye contact? Heeyoung asked to herself.

"D-Do you like swimming?" Heeyoung asked a lame and obvious question. She nodded her head in response. "When did you learn how to swim?"

"When I was three." Sei showed her three fingers.

"Wow, that's nice to hear." Heeyoung nodded her head.

"Aunt Heeyoung, why don't you know how to swim?" She asked politely.

"I don't get to swim a lot when I was a kid and when I grew up, I had no time to learn anymore." She explained briefly.

Silence erupted between them again. "Baby, I'll just bring Haruto up. Can you look after Sei for a while?" Hyunsuk walked going to Heeyoung while his shorts were dripping wet.

"Sure." She replied with a nod.

The two boys walked away and it was only Sei and Heeyoung left in the pool area. Thankfully, Sei started swimming again and floating around. It practically saved Heeyoung cause she couldn't handle the tension anymore. Moments after she swimmed around, she went near Heeyoung again.

"Uhm Auntie, I wanna pee..." Sei shyly told her.

"Oh wait, can you swim going to the stairs?" Heeyoung stood up from the pool chair as Sei nodded her head. She swam going to the stairs of the pool and walked back up to the surface. "Wear your flip-flops." She told her.

"This is your towel right?" Heeyoung pointed at the blue towel. She nodded in response and Heeyoung wrapped the towel around Sei's body. They walked going to the bathroom and Heeyoung assisted her in sitting down on the toilet bowl. "I'll wait out here okay?" She told Sei before going out of the bathroom and leaving the door a bit open.

When the flush of the toilet was heard, she asked, "Sei are you done? Can I come in?"

"Yes." She softly replied. When she came back in, Sei got down of the toilet bowl already.

"Are you still going to swim? Do you want to take a shower already?"

"I want to shower."

Heeyoung checked if there were toiletries in the shower. "Oh wait, I don't know if you can use the toiletries in here." Heeyoung bit her lower lip while thinking about it. Sei could have sensitive skin and making her use products that she isn't used to might end up in a crazy allergic reaction.

"Let's just go to your room okay?" Sei nodded in response and they both walked going out of the indoor pool.

They went up the two flights of stairs going up and it was quite obvious that Sei was already having a hard time with her wet flip flops and the large towel wrapped around her. Heeyoung wanted to carry her instead but there were still some boundaries between and she decided not to do it. As they entered the bedroom where some of their things were, Hyunsuk was already tucking in a Haruto who looked like he was still fresh out of the shower.

"Oh you already went back up," Hyunsuk said. "I'll call your nanny to help you, Sei." He called one of their nannies into the room.

Hyunsuk and Heeyoung left to go to their bedroom nearby. "You should take a shower already, you're still in your rash guard and shorts." Heeyoung told him.

"Will do, baby. Wait for me okay?" He said before planting a kiss on her forehead and entered the bathroom.
