My conscience is telling me to pull away from the kiss and I know I should, but I don't. The alcohol has clouded my good judgement, but even if I wasn't drunk I know I wouldn't stop. His hands dance in my hair before grabbing both of my wrists and pinning me against the brick wall. His breaths are fast and loud, exhaling life into me. My body is on fire and slowly starts to go numb as he moves his lips down to my neck. At this point I can't control my breathing or myself.

"Come on," he whispers into my ear.

I don't ask questions as I follow him down the alley. The feeling of his fingers intertwined with mine sends a well-known shock through my bloodstream. We silently walk a little ways down the sidewalk of the city that is still busy at 2 A.M. before arriving at his car.

"I didn't drink anything, I promise," he tells me when we get in. I believe him, but I could care less. I feel like getting in a wreck would hurt less than when he leaves again.

He's going to leave again. The thought that I had been avoiding slips inside my inebriated brain, but I push it away immediately. All I cared about right now was Luke's lips on mine.

He drives fast down the familiar route to my house and I pray that my parents aren't awake. The many beverages that I had start to take a major toll on me and I almost fall asleep in the car. I allow my eyes to fall shut for an unknown time until he is opening my door.

We walk up to my house and I give him the key to unlock the door since I am probably too uncoordinated to do it at the moment. We slip in quietly and luckily nobody is awake. My eyes are involuntarily drooping and suddenly I feel weightless as he picks me up bridal style and carries me up the stairs. I take in his scent that I never get used to as I lay my head close to his chest.

He sets me down at my door and I open it slowly and quietly to avoid the regular creak. As soon as we both step in, he shuts and locks the door before lifting me up again. I wrap my legs tightly around his waist and am rejuvenated as our lips collide once more.

His warm hands slip underneath my shirt and immediately undo the clasps of my strapless bra. When it falls at my waist he grabs it with one hand and throws it to the ground without hesitation. He moves us slowly and soon I feel the comfort of my bed beneath me. His hands run free all over my body and I fall under his spell all over again. As he slides the rest of my clothes off of my body, his eyes run wild like it's the first time that he has seen me. His lips meet mine once again, filled with more passion than I had ever experienced. Each kiss intoxicates me more, sending sparks through my veins.

When I finally gain control of my actions, my hands find the hem of his shirt. I slide it over his arms and head and am breathless as I stare at his larger upper body filled with even more black ink. My fingers trace over the new markings and I look up into his eyes that are growing hungrier by the second.

"I think you've gotten more beautiful since the last time I saw you. I didn't even think that was possible," he whispers. All of my breath escapes me at his words and the feeling of his bare skin against mine as he leans down to kiss me sends me into a stupor.

Our mouths mold together so naturally and the sensation feels so familiar, like he never even left. Suddenly my head starts to pound.

"I've missed you so much," he whispers against my neck.

It hits me all at once and the effects of the alcohol and his charm begin to dissolve. I feel the bile begin to rise in my throat along with all of the traces of being okay again. My common sense slowly comes back to me and I realize that this is a bad idea. What am I doing?
