Allis' POV
The day I was dreading had finally made its way around the corner, quicker than I had wanted it to. Luke was leaving again today. Just the thought of his absence made me sick to my stomach. I shook the feeling out of my head temporarily and pulled Luke tighter against my body.
"Can we just stay like this until you have to leave?" I ask him. We just recently woke up and haven't moved from bed. I didn't plan on it either.
"Of course we can baby." He pulls me so that I am now laying on top of him.
"Am I squishing you?" I ask with a laugh.
"Nope, not at all," he mumbles against my face, which causes me to laugh again.
I wrap my arms around him and squeeze him tight. "I'm not ever letting you go. You're not allowed to leave."
"Fine with me," he mumbles again, followed by spitting on me.
"Excuse me, what are you doing sicko?" I ask as I pull away from him.
"Your hair was in my mouth," he says, pulling a long strand from his mouth.
"That's gross," I laugh.
"Yeah you're telling me! It was in my mouth!" He says before pulling me back down onto him and squeezing me against him. "Don't let me leave," he whispers.
I dig my face into his neck, letting out a long sigh onto his skin. "I won't."
I wish it were that easy.
We spend hours laying in each other's arms. We never seem to run out of things to talk about and I loved that he could hold a conversation with me, even if it's just a conversation about absolutely nothing. Those were my favorites.
"I need to shower babe," he says after a while.
"Yeah you do, you really stink." I wink and kiss him on the cheek. He actually smelled amazing, all of the time, and I don't understand how since he hasn't showered in two days.
"Well you smell too, so I think you should join me," he says with a wink back.
I sigh, not wanting to get up from his warmth, but a shower would be nice. "Fine, let's go."
He pulls out of my embrace and picks me up bridal style before hauling us off to the bathroom. When he sets me down, he immediately slips his t-shirt off of me, leaving me in just my panties. I don't even feel self-conscious about my body around Luke anymore, he makes me feel flawless all of the time. He smiles and quickly plants many kisses all over my body, making me squirm and laugh uncontrollably.
"Stop, it tickles!" I try to get out, but it is impossible to make out the words with all of my laughing.
He stops after a few more kisses and giggles and turns on the water. He strips himself of his boxers and I can't help but stare at his beautiful body every time he is bare in front of me. He leans down and pecks my lips gently before pulling my panties down to join his boxers on the ground.
"After you beautiful," he says as he pulls the shower curtain back. I step in, immediately followed by him. The water soaks us instantly, causing his messy hair to go flat. He looked so hot when his hair was wet. "Have I ever told you how perfect you are?" He asks as he stares down at me.
"You know, I really can't remember," I joke.
He smiles and takes my face in his hands before closing the space between us. It never fails to amaze me how naturally our lips collided, molding together continuously. Luke was made for me, not just because our hands and lips fit perfectly together, but because our hearts did as well. I was not complete until I found Luke, each empty space was finally filled with none other than his love. He really was my other half.
His face pulls away from mine and he brings me tightly against his body. The breaths that he was exhaling onto my neck were my own breaths in a way because without them, I would be suffocating in the horrible world without Luke.
In this moment, he doesn't grab my butt or attempt to give me a hickey. Instead, he stands there with his hands on the small of my back and his face buried in my hair. He occasionally whispers beautiful compliments into my ear, causing my stomach to erupt with butterflies. In the moments that neither of us speak, the sound of our synchronized breathing fills my ears, making the droplets of the water raining down onto the floor background noise. When I was with Luke, the rest of the world was just background noise.

After hours more of cuddling and holding onto each other for dear life, it was finally the minute that I never wanted to come.
Our house had become the goodbye town, it was just easier to not go to the airport where they would be mauled by fans. I watch in admiration as Linley and Michael cling to each other just as Luke and I do. Luke had come home from talking to Michael that day and told me everything. Before we knew it, they were happily back together. I couldn't be happier for them and I was even more glad that Michael was back to being himself.
I turn to find Luke saying goodbye to my brother. It was a nice sight, Luke slinging his arm around him as he made him laugh. I hadn't seen Bradley smile ever since my mother surprised us with her engagement, so it was good to see him happy again. At least for the time being. Luke had that effect on people.
When it was finally my turn to say goodbye to the boys, the three of them engulfed me in a giant bear hug. I didn't care how much they were crushing me, I loved being in their embrace. We exchanged our usual "I'm going to miss yous" and "goodbye, we'll see you soons" before they took off to the black SUV that was waiting out front. Louis gave me a quick hug and didn't say much, which wasn't really like him. He had been acting very weird lately and I couldn't figure out why.
As everybody made their way outside, Luke and I were finally left alone in my entryway. He kissed my head and cheeks many times before simply holding me in place, gripping me tightly as if I would break if he let me go. He's not the only one that feared that.
This goodbye was much harder than the last, probably since we had so much more time together than we did last time. The only thing that was keeping back the tears was the fact that he would be home in a few weeks and we would get to spend the most time together during that period of him being home.
"It won't be that long baby. I'll be back in your arms before you know it," he whispers into my hair. He pulls my chin up to look at him and leans down to send a rush through my body with just a simple kiss. Our tongues intertwine for the last time before they call him from outside.
"I love you Luke," I say. I am lost in the bright blue oceans that are slowly turning dark and stormy.
"I love you so much Allison," he says with a small smile.
He slowly begins to walk and my hand falls from his grasp when he gets too far. My body immediately starts to shiver at his absence. I am brought back to life once more when he turns around and lets one simple word leave his lips.
"Forever."
