"Good morning."

Eunjin looked up at Jaemin with knitted eyebrows, pulling her hand away from the round halo shaped ring necklace, "it's nearly one o'clock?"

He shrugged, taking his regular seat beside her and putting his backpack in the seat next to him. "Are you nervous about your partner?"

Eunjin nodded, "a bit."

"I don't think you should worry too much. It probably won't even be that hard of an assignment. I think I'll get a pretty good score."

Eunjin hummed, biting down on her pencil as she waited impatiently for the teachers to enter and assign their partners.

It wasn't that the hated group projects. She thought this could be a good chance to finally make a new friend.

It was the baby that they would have to be carrying around that really struck her. She had notes to take and topics to learn but now she'd be stuck with a baby half the time.

"Eunjin?"

The dark-haired girl was snapped out of her trance when Jaemin called her. She noticed him and the rest of the students standing, most of them finding their way to the front.

"Sorry, I zoned out. What happened?" She rubbed her eyes softly, standing up as she pulled her backpack back over her shoulder.

Jaemin did the same, leading the way as the two of them made their way to the front of the classroom. "We can find our partners. After we get the babies we can leave."

Eunjin nodded, following the taller boy to the first paper listed on the wall. They waited patiently for the others to move until they could see the paper.

When everyone else got out of the way they could finally examine who their partners were. Eunjin straightened her posture when she noticed her partner was the boy beside her.

"Na Jaemin, Shin Eunjin," the health teacher repeated, flipping through different files until she found the one with their names.

She smiled seeing their names, happily holding the folder out for one of them to take. They both reached to take it, their hands knocking into each other. Eunjin awkwardly reclined her arm, putting it back to her side.

"And here are your wrist bands. These activate the baby and can only be used to turn it off in case of an emergency. Such as if you're taking an important exam and it starts crying. Other than that you need to take care of it. We will be getting a log of each time the baby was turned off and on," she informed them quickly, clipping the bracelets on their wrists.

"And here is the baby bag. Inside your folder, you can find a few papers that will explain everything inside. Now, go on, have fun."

The two silently left, Jaemin carrying the folder and baby bag while Eunjin carried the baby.

"Should we go to the cafeteria to-"

"No, no," Jaemin quickly interjected, surprising the both of them. "Sorry, just lots of people, you know? We should go somewhere with fewer people, right?"

Eunjin hummed, following his lead as they walked away from the health science building. She inhaled deeply when they finally made it to one of the open patches on the side of the school, the air fresh and clean.

"So first things first," Jaemin nodded, "we need a name for the baby."

Eunjin followed along, sitting down close by Jaemin so they could look over the folder together. "Is it a boy or a girl?"

Jaemin stared at the baby in her arm for a second before looking up at Eunjin, "check the diaper."

"It's a girl."

"Alright so now we can pick the name. Do you have anything in mind yet?" He asked, pulling out a pencil from the backpack.

"What about Jimin? It's a bit like part of our names. Ji from me and Min from you."

"How'd you get Ji from your name?" Jaemin asked curiously, biting down on the end of his pencil out of habit.

"Jin is shortened to Ji because Eun and Jin don't go with Jae or Min for baby girl names. Actually, Eunjae might work. Whatever you want, I guess."

The two sat beside one another in silence for a moment, both trying to decide which name they'd like for the baby.

"Eunjae is a nice name," Jaemin finally concluded, writing it down on the first paper.
