Eunjin gasped as she felt someone grip her hair as two bullets echoed from another side of the store.
Just as she was starting to feel a bit better.
"Ow," she cried, feeling her body being lifted up until her feet finally touched the ground. Tension rumbled in her stomach as her hands reached up towards the chubby hands, gripping each finger in an attempt to pull them from her head.
"Guys, guys, guys!" Jisung screeched, scattering to his feet as he took off towards Eunjin while attempting to get the attention of Mark and Jeno.
"I thought you said there were only two," Mark scattered, closing one of his eyes as he pointed his gun towards the buff man.
Jeno's eyes widened before he kicked the gun out of his older friend's hand, "are you insane? You could shoot Eunjin by accident! They're moving too much to shoot."
Eunjin was too busy getting manhandled to notice the conversation.
"Guys, we have more coming," Jisung panicked, picking up his gun as he pulled the two behind another aisle.
"Where are they all coming from?" Jeno grumbled, trying to stay covered while thinking of a way to help Eunjin.
Mark clicked his gun and let out a shaky breath. Panic ran through his blood steam as he realized his gun was running low on ammo. Not expecting such a turnout, he hasn't brought extra or try to refill before leaving.
"Jisung, have you gotten a response from Renjun or Hyuck yet," he asked. They were just barely surviving, they were in desperate need of their best shooters.
Jisung shook his head, "no, they aren't responding."
"You're a pathetic excuse for a human," Eunjin grunted, her eyes dark with both pain and fury. She was disgusted both by the large man's actions but also because of the wreaking smell emitting from him.
The feeling of his gun shoving deeper into her rib cage made her bite her tongue to reframe from coming up with any more remarks that could end in a gunshot and bleeding out.
"You wouldn't try a thing on me, you child," he grinned mockingly.
Eunjin swallowed bitterly as she looked into the eyes of the man for a moment before looking just over his shoulder and letting her eyes become wide, "no, Jeno!"
The man's back turned immediately, his gun leaving her ribs to shoot behind him.
"What the hell man," one of his partners yelling in pain, falling to the ground as blood spread from the center of his shirt.
Eunjin took the distraction to pry his fingers, ripping her head from his hand. She felt a rush of adrenaline running through her veins as pushed his waist and kicked the back of his knee.
She couldn't remember where in her brain she had the information stored but it still proved useful as he fell to the ground in pain.
She had no hesitation stepping down onto his wrist as he screamed. She too was in pain but she wouldn't show it. Yet she knew that the moment she was safe, she was probably going to pass out from either tiredness or pain in her legs.
His eyes burned into hers as he watched helplessly. She bent down, paying him no attention and picking up the gun with swiftness.
She didn't even blink as she stood back up, shooting him in the chest with no sign of remorse in her eyes.
I'm running purely on adrenaline right about now, she thought to herself, sliding into another aisle. She was cautious peaking around the corner, checking to make sure it was safe to move.
Seeing two familiar boys with another allowed her to finally take another breath, sliding closer to the three of them.
"Oh my god, Eunjin, I could've shot you," Jeno exclaimed, letting his gun fall to the ground instead of pointed at Eunjin.
His eyes and hands were shaky as he sat down the gun, getting close enough to the girl to wrap his arms around her shoulders in a hug. "Are you okay?"
She nodded, "more or less. Now please tell me you have a way to get out of here alive."
Jeno gritted his teeth, picking his gun back up as he kept only one arm around her shoulder, "um... more or less..."
Her eyes widened hearing his clearly unsure voice, "isn't this your rage of technique? As in, knowing how to get out of a shooting?"
His head tilted, "well yeah but we were unprepared, okay? We can't even get in contact with half of our team right now so just work with us, please. You're going to make it out fine."
Eunjin huffed, "thanks but I was hoping that all of us got our alive, not just me. Is there any way I can help you?"
"Yes," Jisung nodded, sliding over towards the two. "You have fast reflexes? Make sure none of us get shot. Or if you're good at shooting a gun, take out anyone you see coming unless they look like they're on our side."
"Wait how do I know for sure if someone is a good guy? I don't want to accidentally shoot one of your friends," she said looking between the two boys.
"A little help please!" Mark exclaimed. Jeno and Jisung returned to their spots with Eunjin behind.
"Two ways, either they're wearing their leather jackets or they look like they have very good hygiene. The people were fighting right now are nutritious for being atrocious."
Eunjin could definitely attest to that. Each person who wasn't Jeno or his two friends that she had come into contact with had yellow teeth and wrecked of sweat and cigarettes.
Doing as asked from Jisung, her eyes were peering all around the four of them. Watching from each direction, she sent a bullet towards anyone that moved.
There was so much dust and broken items it looked like a tornado had gone through the store and made it harder to spot anyone.
"Guys!"
