The new doctor.

Admitting Day

You wake up the next day. You roll over and finish packing your bag. You change into a pair of biker shorts and an oversized shirt. You put on your yellow crocs and roll your suitcase out into the hall. You see no one is home. You run back in your room and grab the teddy bear Arizona gave you. You put your keys in your bag. You then call a cab because you don't want to take your car. Once the cab gets to the hospital you get out and stand there. You then walk into the hospital and go to the elevator. You go to the therapy admitting floor. Once you get there all of your friends and the chief is there. You start crying while walking out the elevator. Everyone then starts hugging you. Once you hugged everyone in the front Alex, Arizona, and Lexie are standing in the back. The closer you get to the door the more you start crying. You hug Alex really tight.

"Alex, I'm trusting you to do this, please call and check on Ken if I'm not able to.. also try driving to see him please alex." You say. "I will y/n." Alex says while hugging you back. You then hug Lexie. "Stay out of trouble Little Grey." you say. You and Lexie start laughing and crying. You then get to Arizona. You hug Arizona really tightly. You start crying even harder. Arizona then grabs your head and kisses you passionately. "I will always be here for you y/n." Arizona says. "Let's go y/n, it's fine to go." Joy says. You start crying again. You grab your suitcase and roll it through the double doors. You turn around as you watch the double doors lock behind you.

You then go to the room your supposed to stay in. "It's basic in here.." you say. "Page me if you need me." Joy says. "Wait! Did you find out if I'll be able to talk to my brother?" you ask Joy while wiping your eyes. "Your allowed to keep your phone. But we take it after a certain amount of time." Joy says. "Okay.." you say. You roll your suitcase in the room and sit on the bed. You then look around. "It's disgusting here.." you say.  You open your suitcase and put your blanket and teddy bear on the bed. You then put your suitcase in the corner.

You then look out the window to see a nice view of the city. You get out the bed and climb in the windowsill. You curl up to be able to fit and you just stare out the window. While staring out the window you hear a knock on your door. You turn around. "Hello, are you hungry?" the nurse says. You shake your head no. The nurse then leaves and you stare out the window. You hear your phone ringing so you pull it out. You see it's Ken.

"Hey buddy." you say. "Y/n..." Ken says. "What's wrong?" you ask. "I heard mom say her and dad are getting a divorce.." Ken says. "What does that mean?" Ken says. "Oh Ken.. okay look, pick one. Dad or mom." you say. "Dad." Ken says. "Okay. I love you Ken. Tell mom or dad to call me later." you say. "Y/n what's happening?" Ken says. "A divorce means mom and dad are separating and moving away from eachother.." you say. "You may have to pick one to live with." you say. "Aww." Ken says. "Whoever you pick tell them to call me. Okay." you say. The nurse then walks in. "Phone times!" the nurse yells. "I have to go buddy. Stay strong. I love you." you say. You then hang up. "Do I have to give you my phone?" you ask. "Yep." The nurse says as she takes my phone.

You get up and then lay in the bed. You grab the remote to the tv and turn something on. You turn the lights off and goes to sleep. You wake up the next day to Joy sitting by your bedside. You rub your eyes. "Goodmorning y/n." Joy says. "Can I stay in your office for today please." you say. "Yep. But I'm meeting a few people so you will have to stay quiet." Joy says. "Yay." you say. "Now eat." Joy says. "I'm not hungry." you say. You push the food tray out the way and get up. You then grab your suitcase and put on a pair of shorts and a hoodie. You then put on another pair of crocs. "I'm ready!" you say.

You and Joy then walk out of the therapy admit area and walk to her office. "You sit on the other side of my desk." you say. You sit in Ms. Joys spinny chair. You then grab the bucket of squishies you start playing with them while Ms. Joy starts meeting people. You just spin around and play in the corner for a while. Joy then finishes seeing half of her group of people. "Let's go y/n. We are going to the cafeteria to get lunch." Joy says. You then get up and follow Ms. Joy to the cafeteria. "Are you hungry y/n?" Joy asks as we get to the cafeteria. "No ma'am." you say. "Okay stand at the door." Joy says. You stand inside the cafeteria at the door as you wait for Ms. Joy to get her food.

You stare down at your feet. You then look up at your lunch table to see your friends sitting there. You also see Maya in your seat. You roll your eyes and keep looking at the ground. You keep sliding your feet back and forth across the floor. While looking on a floor you see an apple roll to your feet. You pick it up and then look around to see who dropped it. You see Alex raise his hand like he dropped the apple. You then walk over to Alex and give him the apple. "Hey y/n." Everyone says. You wave and then walk back to the door. Once Ms. Joy finishes her food you walk with her back to her office. You sit back in the chair and grab a pen. While Joy starts eating her lunch you draw on your hand.

"Stop." Joy says. You keep drawing on your hand. "Okay how about we talk about yesterday?" Joy asks. "Um can I go back to my room please?" you ask. You then grab a squishy from Joys box and stick it in your pocket. "You don't wanna talk?" Joy asks. "Not today." you say. "You sure you want to go back?" Joy says. "I just want to call my brother." you say. "Okay let's go." Joy says. You and Joy then walk back to the double doors. She swipes her card and let's you in. "Page me if you want to talk." Joy says. You nod your head then walk back to your room.

You grab your suitcase and pull out your laptop. You then sit in the windowsill with the computer on your lap. You then go to the video chat app. You type in Kens number. He doesn't answer. "Weird." you say. You then video chat Destiny. She answers. "Hey shawty." Destiny says. You start laughing. "Where you at?" Destiny asks. "I'm in the therapy ward." you say. "Wait why?" Destiny asks. "I have bad ptsd, and I kinda lost it in the clinic." You say. "Damn." Destiny says. "Check on Ken. He told me that mom said she was talking about divorce." you say. "Definitely. I'll go this weekend and bring him up to see you next weekend." Destiny says. You and Destiny then talk for a while.

A nurse then walks in. "Are you hungry y/n?" the nurse says. "No." you say. "Are you sure?" The nurse says. "I said no." you say. The nurse then leaves.
"Y/n, are you eating?" Destiny asks. "Anyways, how's you and Kevin doing about getting pregnant?" you ask while changing the subject. "You changed the subject." Destiny says. "Of course Destiny, I'm eating." you say while making a lying face. "No your not. You have your lying face on." Destiny says. "Don't worry about me Des." you say. You and Destiny continue talking. Ms. Joy then walks in.
"Y/n, time to put devices away." Joy says. "Okay. I have to go Des. Love you. Check on Ken for me." you say. "Bye." Destiny says. You then hang up and put the laptop away. "Who was that?" Joy asks. "My twin sister Destiny." you say while getting in the bed. "You have a twin sister?" Joy says. "Yep. I also have a little brother." you say. "Cool. I won't be able to get you for the rest of the week. So they will have to keep you in here. Remember, off the phone by 10." Joy says. "Yes ma'am." you say.

Joy then leaves.

(It's a good rest of the week until..

(It's no point of doing everyday cause it'll be boring.)
