Weeks later. Destiny, CJ, and Koden goes home. So of course your mom and Maya are gone after bothering you to meet Journey and Mariyah.

You wake up on the couch in Arizona's office. You sit up and look at your watch. It's about 5 in the morning. You stand up and stretch your legs. As you walk towards the door you knock some papers on the floor. You grab the papers. It's adoption papers for Journey and Mariyah. "Woah." you say. "Arizona wants to adopt Journey and Mariyah..." you say reading the papers. You pull your phone out and take a picture of the front cover. You put the papers back and walk out of her office. You walk out and go to the attendings lounge. "Hey y/n." Maggie says sitting next to Meredith. "Hey.." you say walking to the coffee pot. You zone out while pouring your coffee into your cup. Your coffee then starts overflowing. "Y/n." Meredith says trying to stop you. You still zone out. "Y/n, your coffee." Meredith says. You finally snap out of it. "Oh shit." you say. You put the coffee pot back. "Is Derek still in D.C?" you say cleaning up the coffee.

"I told him to go." Meredith says. You finish cleaning up the coffee. You then sit at the table with Meredith and Maggie. You put on your anxious, wanna tell someone drama face. "Uh oh. What's wrong?" Meredith says. "You have your gossip face on." Meredith says. You pull out your phone and show the picture to Maggie and Meredith. "Whos Journey and Mariyah?" Maggie says. "Oh. I forgot to tell you about them." you say. "Journey is my "foster" daughter. And Mariyah is Journeys daughter." you say. "Awww. So sweet." Maggie says.

"Y/n. These are adoption papers! I got these when I got Zozo." Meredith says. "I didn't file them! I didn't even know Arizona was thinking about adopting them. You know how long it took for her to accept that they will be there." you say. "So do you not want to adopt J and Mariyah?" Meredith says. "I love those 2 kids with my heart Mer." you say. "Should I ask her about the papers?" you ask them. "Hell yea." Maggie says. Your pager goes off first. Then Maggie's and Meredith's. "E.r?" you say. "Yep." Meredith says as you all stand up. You put your phone back in your locker and run with Maggie and Meredith to the ER.

You guys get to the ER and through the doors. It's peace and quiet but April is running around hanging IVs. "Why were we paged to a quiet E.R?" Maggie asks. "Ape! What's going on?" you yell out. "Plane crash. At least 150 passengers!" April says. "Where are the victims?" Meredith says. "Still pulling them! Ambulances should be here in 5." April says. You 3 walk over to the trauma gowns and put them on. Everyone In the ER just sits down and waits. 10 minutes go by still nothing. "Chief Hunt, what's taking so long?" April says. You sit on one of the beds scrolling through Instagram. Another 10 minutes go by. Jackson and Alex are having a push up competition on the floor now. "Should I get more warm IVs?" April says.

"No." Owen says. "Wait why?" April says. "If it took this long, there's a possibility no one survived." you say laying down still on Instagram. Alex comes over to you and sits his ass near your head as you lay down. "Move." you say elbowing him in the side. "Ow." Alex says. "I have to show you something." you say to Alex. You pull up the picture of the packet and show it to Alex. "Oh shit. What is this?" Alex says. "Found them on Arizona's desk." you say. "So y'all going with it?" Alex asks. "I don't know." you say turning your phone back around. You talk with Alex for a while. The telephone then starts going off.

April runs over to get the phone. You sit up and everyone focuses on April. "Yeah. Mhm. Really? Okay." April says over the phone. She hangs up the phone. "There's a survivor!" April says. "Wait what?" you say. "2 minutes out." April says. You all then start moving around. A few minutes later an ambulance arrives. You all run outside to them unloading a little girl. "Sarah Gordon, age 10, multiple torso contusions." Matthew says. You help them roll Sarah into the trauma room. "Hola Sarah. English or Espanol?" you say. "E-English." Sarah says. "SHES ENGLISH GUYS!" you yell. "Okay, it's too many people in here. Johnson, Karev, Grey stay. Everyone else out!" Owen yells. The room then starts to settle down.
