The new doctor.

Im leaving.

You wake up the next morning to the cell opening. "Let's go sleeping beauty." Tom says. You get up and put your shoes on. The officer then hands you back your purse. You and Tom get in his car. "Thank you sir." you say. "You know I have to report this to the board." Tom says. "Wait why?" you say. "Melissa filed a complaint against you Johnson." Tom says.

"Well, tell them don't worry about me." you say. "I can't just tell them that." Tom says. "Yes you can. I quit." you say just as Tom pulls up to your apartment building. "Y/n you can't just quit." Tom says. "I'm tired of not being accepted here. Only true friend I had was Mike which I just got to finally know yesterday." you say. "I'm going back to Seattle." you say walking in your apartment building. You go into the building. You get on the elevator up to your apartment. You go into your apartment and into your bedroom. You grab your suitcase from under your bed. You open your drawers and start putting all your clothes in your suitcase. You leave out some shorts and a hoodie.

After about a hour you get all of your things back into the suitcase. You remember your picture of you and your grandfather is still at the hospital. You grab your keys and leave your apartment. You get to your rental car and drive to the hospital. You go in and up to the floor where the locker room is. "Y/n!" Mike says. You ignore him while opening your locker. "What's wrong?" Mike says. "I quit." you say while grabbing the picture. "What do you mean?" Mike says. "Thank for actually being my friend for like a day." you say starting to cry. "Y/n..." Mike says. You go over and hug Mike. You then let go of Mike and go into the elevator. You get to the lobby and get back to your car.

You start backing up when you see Mike running out the doors. You wave goodbye and pull the car off. You get back to the apartment complex and go to your apartment. You throw everything out in the fridge and dump your tequila in the sink. 2 more hours past and you get the apartment till it's looking new. You grab your suitcase and your little bag and roll it by the door. You walk around to make sure you didn't leave anything. You grab all the keys and roll your big suitcase into the hall. You close your apartment door and walk to the elevator.

The elevator opens and there is Tom standing there. "Are you seriously quitting?" Tom says. "I'm sorry sir. It's just not home here." you say going into the elevator. "Okay then. It was nice working with you Johnson." Tom says. "Thank you sir." you say as the elevator gets to the lobby. You roll your suitcase out. You hand Tom the keys to the car. "That's the car keys." you say. Tom takes the keys. You pull out your phone and call a Uber. As you wait outside Mike shows up running down the street. "Y/n!" Mike says as he runs towards you.

Mike finally then gets to you. He hugs you tightly. "I didn't get to say my proper goodbye." Mike says while laughing. "Goodbye y/n." Mike says. "I'm glad I made you smile once." Mike says. You hug Mike tightly. "Keep in touch?" you say while crying. "Of course." Mike says hugging you back. Your Uber then pulls up. "Bye Mike." you say while letting go. Tom picks up your suitcase and puts it in the trunk of the Uber for you. You get in the back seat. You roll down the window and wave bye as the Uber pulls off towards the airport.

About 15 minutes later you arrive at the airport. You give the Uber driver cash and get your suitcase out the trunk. You walk into the airport and buy yourself a ticket to Olympia. (Where your mom and grandma lives.). You check in your bag and wait about a hour for the flight. You board the plane and head back to Olympia. You land in Olympia at about 6 in Seattle time. You go to baggage claim and grab your bag. You haven't told anyone that your back yet. You get a taxi to your grandma's house. You get there and roll your heavy suitcase up to the front porch. You knock on her door.

A minute later your grandma opens the door. "Destiny?" your grandma says. "No, it's y/n. Y/n has the red hair remember." you say. "Si si. Come in!" your grandma says. You pick up your suitcase and go into your grandmas house. "I just made chicken soup!" your grandma says walking to the kitchen. "Yummy!" you say sitting down on the couch. Your grandma then brings you a warm bowl of chicken soup. "Gracias."(Thank you) you say. You and your grandma talk while eating your soup. "Do you mind if I just stay for a couple days?" you ask your grandma. "Of course. I'm going to head to bed. Do the dishes?" your grandma asks. "Yea. Buenas noches."(Goodnight.)  you say. You watch as your grandma walks to her room.

You pick up the dishes and walk to the kitchen. You wash the dishes and put them away. You sit on the couch when you hear your phone vibrating. You open your bag and pull out your phone. You see missed calls from Arizona. You turn your phone off and lay down on the couch. You stare at the ceiling until you fall asleep.

You stay with your grandma for the rest of the week not returning nobody's calls.
