The new doctor.

Miracles happen.

(I don't really know how tumors work so yeah.)

"I called like 1000 other doctors, but look." you say giving Tom your papers. You grab the brain dummy. "If you go from above straight from where the tumor is. Avoid nicking any blood vessels." you say running your finger over it. "Then you laser out the tumor while getting a skull flap and putting it where the tumor was." you say. "And then we put a shunt." Tom finishes your sentence. "Then we put a shunt!" you repeat. "Your genius." Tom says standing up. "Prepare Mrs. Harvey for surgery." Tom says. You run out of the office and to Mrs. Harvey's room. "Mr. Harvey, we are taking your wife up to surgery." you say.

"I thought she couldn't have surgery." Mr. Harvey says. "I came up with a theory that we can remove the whole tumor so you can go home with your wife." you say. "Wait a second!" He says. He grabs her hand. "Make it out alive my love." Mr. Harvey says while kissing Mrs. Harvey's hand. You unlock the gurney and follow the signs to the OR. You get to the OR and watch as they put Mrs. Harvey under anesthesia. You go into the scrub room. You and Tom are scrubbing in. "Ready?" Tom says. "Yeah." you say.

You and Tom go into the operating part and start the surgery. "Play my playlist." Tom tells a nurse. "Playlist?" you say. "Duh." Tom says. Music starts playing. "You believe in yourself so much that you need a playlist?" you say helping remove the tumor. "You don't have a playlist?" Tom says. "I just became an attending. I didn't think about a playlist." you say. You and Tom remove the whole tumor. You bring over the skull flap and shunt and help Tom put it in. "And we are done." Tom says. "Stay overnight and monitor Mrs. Harvey." Tom says while taking his gloves off. You nod while taking your glove and gown off.

You help roll Mrs. Harvey back to her room. "I'll be back in 15." you tell the nurse. You go to the locker room and sit on the bench. You take your hair out of the tight ponytail. Your "group" of people that your work with walks in the locker room. They are still staring and mumbling. Your getting very irritated but you just keep calm. You stand up and shut your locker. "What is her problem?" one of the girls says. "If your gonna at least laugh and talk shit about me, say it to my face." you say. "We aren't scared. We are just surprise that Koracick wants to, ya know. Hit that." they say pointing to you.

"First off, I have a girlfriend. Number 2. I don't sleep around with my boss." you say. "Your just mad I'm a better surgeon than you. Therefore, fuck off." you say. You walk out and go to the computer in front of Mrs. Harvey's room. You sit on the chair when your phone starts ringing. It's Meredith and Cristina. You answer the phone and sit it against the computer screen and put one of your headphone pieces in your ear. "Hey." Meredith says. You and Cristina both say hi. "I'm so tired." you say taking your white coat off to cover yourself with it.

"Same." Meredith and Cristina says. You start closing your eyes. "Patient check?" Meredith says. "Patient check." Cristina says. You all get up and go check on your patients. You take your light and shine it in Mrs. Harvey's eyes. "Responsive." you say lowly. You write the numbers from the monitor on the chart and put it back. You go back to the chair and set the phone back up. "Y'all know what sounds nice right now." Meredith says. "Tequila and sex." you say. "That sounds delightful but I have 2 kids." Meredith says. "How do you and Arizona's sex feel?" Cristina says. "Cristina!" Meredith says. "I'm serious! Their bed was soaked when I sat in it." Cristina says. "Y/n!" Meredith says. "I can't have a sex life?" you say while laughing. You all start laughing.

A moment of silence then happens.

"30 second dance party sounds fun." Meredith says. "I can't move my legs anymore." you say. "Same." Meredith and Cristina say. You, Cristina, and Meredith fall asleep on the phone. You sleep for a while until you feel a tap on your shoulder. You flinch and wake up. "You and your friends were sleep." Tom says pointing to your phone. You grab your phone and hang up. "Mrs. Harvey has been stable all night." you say rubbing your eyes. "Go home Jameson. You've been here all night." Tom says. You stand up and grab all of your things and go to the locker room.

You go to your locker and grab your bag. "I'm sorry about my friend." this dude says behind you. "I don't need friends." you say shutting your locker. "I'm sorry about Melissa." he says. "Why are you even talking to me? Why don't you hang out with your friends? I'm perfectly fine staying to myself." you say pulling your keys out your bag. "Mike! Why are you talking to her?" Melissa says. You roll your eyes and walk out of the locker room. You eventually find your way outside and find the car. You get in and start the car. You drive to the grocery store down the street.

You go in and grab some small groceries and a bottle of tequila. You then get back to your car and put the GPS back to the apartments. You get to the apartments and grab all your bags. You get to your apartment and open the door with your keys. You throw your bag down on the counter and put all the food away. You open your tequila bottle and take a big sip. You then put it in the cabinet and go into your room. You get in the shower and wash your hair. You apply your conditioner and twist your hair into big chunks. You then get out the shower.

You look in your makeup bag for your comb. You pull it out and separate your hair down the middle. You then braid both sides of your hair. You walk into the bedroom to see all the clothes scattered on the floor and bed. You grab you a shirt and some shorts. You then start separating all of your clothes and putting them into the drawers. You grab your phone from off the bed and text Arizona. "It's probably very early in the morning there, but I just wanted to say Goodmorning and I love you." you text. You get up and go in the kitchen.

You make you a bowl of cereal and eat it. You then go back to the bedroom and just lay on the bed until you fall asleep.
