Seattle Grace 5.

You wake up the next morning. You look at the clock to see that your late for the meeting. You hurry and get up and throw clothes on. You grab your keys and run down the stairs. You run out to your car and start driving to the hospital. You get to the hospital and run to the conference room. You burst through the door and everyone looks at you. "I'm sorry I'm late." you say as you sit down. "As you guys know, you all were in a plane crash." A lawyer says. "Why are we here?" Meredith asks.

"The insurance company refuses to pay the money, therefore you guys are suing the hospital for the plane crash and the deaths of Mark Everett Sloan and Alexandra Caroline Grey." the lawyer says. "You guys have a choice, either take the money and we deal with the scene or wait it out. You choose." The lawyer says. "You have by next Monday to let us know your decision." The lawyer says. All the lawyers then leave. It's just you,Meredith,Cristina, Derek, and Callie. "I say we take the money." Callie says. "I agree." Meredith says.

"Mark and Lexie would want us to take the money." Callie says. Everyone says they agree except for you and Derek. "Do you two agree?" Callie says. "Look I don't care honestly. But keep in mind, if we take the money the investigation could take years, or they just scrap the whole plane that killed two of our friends." you say while getting up. "I agree with y/n. I need more time to think about this." Derek says. You then walk into the hallway.

You leave the hospital and go back to the house.

Let's skip to Sunday the day before you start work again.

Your sleep when you hear your phone ringing. "Hello?" you say. "What are you doing today?" Derek asks. "Nothing why?" you say. "Get dressed. I'll be there in 30." Derek says. You hang up the phone and get up. You put on a oversized shirt, biker shorts, and some crocs. You brush your teeth when you hear honking. You finish brushing your teeth and tie your hair into a messy ponytail. You grab your phone and go out to the car. You get in the car with Derek. "What's up?" you say. Derek starts driving.

"Where are we going Derek?" you ask. "Somewhere important." He says. After about 30 minutes of driving we get to this warehouse looking building. "What's in here Derek?" You ask. Derek gets out the car and talks to a guard. He then waves you over. You get out the car and go towards them. The gaurd then opens the door of the big storage building. You look and see what it is and it's all the plane pieces. "Here's the plane pieces. Section A is over there, section B to the left." the guard says. You walk in. You look at the wing and start having flashbacks of Lexie under the plane.

You go up closer to all the pieces. You see the blood stained chair where Jerry the pilot was sitting. Derek is still talking to the guard about where the items are going to go. You snap out of it and go to Derek. "Derek, are you thinking what I'm thinking?" you say. "We can't take that money." Derek says. You run back to the car and pull out your phone. Derek gets in the car. "How do we explain to them?" you say.

Derek drives to the new house. "Ooo this is nice." you say. Derek opens the door to toys everywhere. "Sorry about the mess." Derek says. "It's fine." you say while sitting on the couch. "How do we do this?" Derek says. "If we wait, we could get more money, but also we need justice for Lexie and mark." Derek says. You and Derek talk about the whole situation till Meredith gets home with Zola. "Y/n?" Meredith says. "What are you doing here?" Meredith says while putting Zola down.

You hold your arms out for Zola to run towards you. She runs to you and jumps in your arms. "Hi Zozo!" you say. Meredith's holding a gift bag. "Well since your hear I guess you can hear it too!" Meredith says. She hands the gift bag to Derek who's cooking food. You sit on the floor and play with Zola. Meredith sits on the couch near you and Zola. Derek opens the bag. He reads the shirt in his head. He turns around and shows it. You squint your eyes to see it. "Best Big sister." The shirt says. "Best big sister?" you say out loud.

You don't know what the shirt means. "What is it talking about?" you say. After a few seconds you and Derek realize. You jump up. "OH MY GOD. YOUR PREGNANT!" you say while getting up. Derek runs over and hugs Meredith. "OH MY GOSHHHHH!" you say while jumping up. You go hug on Meredith. "How far are you?" you say. "About 8 weeks." Meredith says. "So for 8 weeks you kept your pregnancy a secret?" you say. "Was the baby hurt by the you know?" you ask. "Nope. They are fine. But of course my luck, they may have 2 heads." Meredith says.

You all talk for a hour. You check the time. "I have to go. I'll see you guys tomorrow." you say. You call a cab. A few minutes later a cab gets there and you get in and drive to the house. You pay the cab driver and then go to the porch. You start opening the door with your keys . You go upstairs into your room and sit on the bed.

You end up falling asleep.

You wake up the next day to your alarm. It's your first day back. You get up and change into your scrubs. You tie your hair back. You grab your bookbag and keys and go downstairs. You then go to your car and drive to your hospital. Derek is waiting outside the conference room. "Are you ready to do this?" Derek says. "I'll do the talking." you say. You and Derek walk into the conference room. "I'm sorry guys but we can't take that money." you say.

"What do you mean?" Callie asks. "I agree with y/n, we just can't take it." Derek says. "Derek and I went to see the pieces of the plane." you say. "Excuse me?" A lawyer says. "Just shut up." Derek says. "You guys should've seen how the pieces were just scattered everywhere bro. It's like it was all just trash. If we take this money, it will take years of an investigation and then every single piece will get trashed." you say. "But we already agreed?" Callie says. "We need the justice for Lexie and mark. They tried killing us whoever put us on that plane. Yes it's not bringing them back but it's better than nothing." you say.

"So what do you guys think?" Derek says. "I mean, if the pieces of the plane just don't get scraped then yeah." Meredith says. "I don't care." Cristina says. "Callie?" you say. "Fine." Callie says. "Therefore we aren't taking the money." you tell the lawyers. "Now I have to go see the therapist, you have a nice day." you say while walking out. You go to the other conference room where Perkins is. "Joy has told me a lot of things you said." Perkins says.

"Yea yea whatever. So like am I cleared or not?" you say. "Not until you get everything off your chest." Perkins says. "Well I don't need to get anything off my chest so I'm fine." you say. Perkins stares at your for a good minute. "Para de mirarme." (Stop looking at me.)  you say. "My apologies." Perkins says. "The faster you speak the faster you could get into surgery." Perkins says. "I have nothing to tell anyone. I told everything. So can you just clear me now?" you say. "Nope, cause I can tell your still hiding a secret." Perkins says while closing your file. "No or, only do small things like sutures." Perkins says.

"Your so annoying bro. I'm telling you, IM NOT HOLDING A GRUDGE." you say. "Well, have you started moving some of your things to Arizona's?" Perkins asks. "That's none of your business?" you say. "Actually it is, you have to tell the whole truth before I can clear you." Perkins says. "No. I haven't started. I was planning to yesterday but I got caught up in things." you say. "Once you move that 1st item to her house and tell me the truth about the bruise on your hand I can clear you." Perkins says. You get up and storm out.

You go to the basement where you guys always used to sit. You climb on the gurneys. You look at your hand and just rewrap it up. Meredith then comes into the hallway pacing back and forth. "What are you doing here?" you ask. "Y/n, you shouldn't be here." Meredith says. "Why?" you say. "I'm about to meet with someone." Meredith says. "Who?" you say. Before Meredith could speak you hear a familiar voice. You look up to see it's Izzie and some old dude. "Oh hell no." you say.
