Let's skip to the day you go over Alex's house to help study.

You pack your bookbag with some sweats and a hoodie. You also put it a pair of scrubs. Arizona is downstairs helping Sofia with her homework while Kali runs all around the house. "I'm going to Alex's to study with them." you say. "Don't forget your pills y/n." Arizona says. "I didn't." you say while smiling. "Bye yall." you say. You leave and go into your car. You drive to the gift shop. You go inside and pick out two shirt pins. One has the letter "A" and the other has (whatever your name starts with). You put them in your bag and get in the car. You drive to Alex's house. You grab your bag and textbook. You use your key and open the door. You see Jackson and crisitna already on the couch. "Hey y/n." Jackson says.

"Hey Jack jack." you say. "Please do not call me that." Jackson says. "Where's everyone else?" you say while plopping on the long side of the couch. "Alex is in the kitchen. April and Meredith are on their way." Jackson says. You slip off your crocs and lay on your stomach with the textbook on the floor. "You already started studying?" Jackson says.

"Y'all didn't?" you say. "I'm screwed." Jackson says. A few minutes later april and Meredith come in the house together. They are dragging in a big white board. "What's that?" Cristina says. "We are going to have a challenge." Meredith says. She writes all of our names on the board. Alex then comes in with beers. "Scoot over y/n." Alex says. You move over a little and Alex sits next to you. "Y/n first since she's been studying before anyone else." Meredith says while grabbing your textbook. "We are gonna start off easy." Meredith says. "How do you diagnose a brain bleed?" Meredith says.

"Get a CT or an MRI. Then do an angiogram." you say. "Good answer." Meredith says. She writes a point next to your name. You guys drink your beers and do the points. You and Cristina are tied. "Okay y/n, your turn again." Meredith says. "Signs of a brain tumor. Go." Meredith says. "Headache, vomiting, dizziness, slurred speech, always sleepy, seizures." you say. "Y/n's got this down pack." Jackson says. "Y/n is in the lead." Meredith says. "Why don't you sit down mer." April says while taking the textbook from Mer. "Im just gonna call Derek to pick me up. This baby is killing me." Meredith says.

April then asks Cristina a question. After Cristina gives the long answer there's a honk. "There's Derek. I'll see you guys tomorrow. Anyone have a morning shift?" Meredith says. "I do." you say while getting up. You help Meredith outside. "I'll see you tomorrow." Meredith says. "Your about to pop Mer." you say while walking her to the car. "I know." Meredith says. "Hey y/n." Derek says. "Hey Derek." you say while closing Meredith's door. "Your going into Neuro?" Derek says. "That's the plan." you say while smiling. "Remember, don't think too hard." Derek says. You watch as Derek and Meredith pull off.

You run back in the house. "Good job y/n." April says. "Thanks April." you say. Alex brings out the blankets. He hands you a blanket, then Jackson and April. Alex and Jackson sleep on the floor while you and April sleep on the couch. You all fall asleep. At like 6 in the morning everyone's pagers start going off. April's the first one to wake up. "What the hell?" April says. She then shakes you so you wake up. "Y/n wake up." April says. "What's wrong April? you say while groaning. "We all got paged 911." April says while putting her hair up.

You grab a pillow and start hitting Jackson and Alex in the face. "What the hell?" Jackson says while sitting up. "We got paged 911! Get your asses up." you say while sitting up. You take the blanket off your legs and slide your crocs on. Alex and Jackson then get up. "Whos car are we taking?" Alex says. "We can take mine." you say while grabbing your keys and bag. You all run outside. You and April sit in the front and Jackson and Alex in the back. You all drive to the hospital. Everyone jumps out the car and runs into the hospital. (Pretend it's in slow motion lol.)

You guys start putting on your scrubs. You and Jackson finish first. Then Alex and April. You all look at eachother. You start running to the ER. Jackson, April, and Alex run after you. You get into the ER. "It smells like gas and coffee." you say. "LETS GO JOHNSON!" Derek says. You run over to Derek. "What do we have?" you say. "Kaylen Richardson, fully conscious, head trauma and complains about can't feeling legs." Derek says. "What do we do y/n?" Derek says clearly testing out your study skills. "We take Miss. Richardson up for a full body MRI and if there's blood in the brain we do an angiogram and then find out what's calling the leg paralysis." you say.

"I'm paralyzed?!" Kaylen says as she starts to freak out. "Did I forget to tell you that the patient is fully awake!" Derek says. "Ma'am, your not paralyzed yet." you say. "Find me with her scans." Derek says while walking out. You unlock the gurney. "I-I was just getting coffee." Kaylen says. "It's okay ma'am." you say. You then get to MRI. You help put Kaylen in the machine. "I'll just be outside. There's a mic in here so if you need to talk to me, i can listen and respond back!" you say. "Okay.." Kaylen says.

You go into the main room. "Hello? Can you hear me?" Kaylen says. You turn on the mic. "I can hear you ma'am." you say over the mic. "Okay.." Kaylen says. You hit the button so it scans. Edwards then walks in. "I'm with you and Dr. Shepherd today." Stephanie says. "Okay." you say. "Scans are up Dr. Johnson." Stephanie says. You and Stephanie then look at the scans. "Nothing on the brain." Stephanie says. "What's that?" Stephanie says looking at the body scan. "That's a tumor." you say. "That's a large ass tumor!" Stephanie says.

"Edwards!" you say. "I'm sorry." Edwards say. "That is a big ass tumor though." you say. "Lets get her to pre op. She may need surgery." you say. You send the scans to the printer and Stephanie goes and help Kaylen out of the machine. You and Stephanie then walk together as you both roll Kaylen to her room. "Check on her every hour while I go get Shepherd." you tell Stephanie. You take the scans and run to find Shepherd. You then see Derek. "Dr. Shepherd!" you say out of breath. "You got the scans?" Derek says. You hand the envelope to Derek.

"Holy hell!" Derek says. "It's big. I know." you say. "What kind of tumor is it y/n?"  Derek asks. "It looks like a Hemangioblastoma." you say. "Go ask the patient questions, see what tumor the symptoms can lead to." Derek says. You go back to the patients room. "Ms. Richardson. I'm going to ask you some questions!" you say. "Okay." Kaylen says. "Have you had any headaches?" you say. "I had a few. Migraine like." Kaylen says. "Any weakness in your arms or legs?" you say. "They were a little numb." Kaylen says. "Why do you look like that??" Kaylen says.

"You have a giant tumor pressing on your spinal cord. We have to remove it." you say. "Am I going to d-die?" Kaylen says. "I-I was just getting coffee." Kaylen says. Her blood pressure starts going up. "I can't feel anything." Kaylen says. "What do you mean?" you say. "M-my legs or arms. I can't feel them." Kaylen says. You pull out a needle from your pocket. You stab it into kaylens foot. "Did you feel that?" you say. "No." Kaylen says. You then take the needle and stab it in the other foot. "How about that?" you say. "No." Kaylen says. You and Stephanie then look at eachother. "Ok, I'm going to lift your arms up and you keep them up for me." you say. You lift her arms up. They drop back down immediately. "Okay edwards. Page Shepherd." you say.
