Amelia and Derek are still arguing about the tumor. You have a headache. Your getting tired of Amelia and Derek going back and forth about the tumor. You start dozing off but wake up every few seconds. 30 minutes go by and they still are arguing. "I will be in the on call room across the hall." you say. You get up and go into the on call room. You lay on the bottom bunk and fall asleep. Your peacefully sleeping. Arizona happens to walk into the on call room your in but your sound asleep.

She goes over to you and kisses you on the forehead. Arizona turns around and then walks out carefully closing the door. 2 hours later your pager starts going off. You wake up and put your shoes back on. You grab your white coat and run out the on call room. You run to the ER. You go into the trauma room. "Y/n, here's your patient. You control the patient." Derek says. "What?" you say. "Your patient is crashing Johnson." Derek says.

You grab gloves and start doing CPR. "Someone inform me!" you say. "John Doe, MVC, blunt head trauma." Someone says. You pull the light out of the pouch in your shirt and flash it in the eyes. "Equal and unresponsive." you say. "Damn." you also say. "Lets intubate." you say. They hand you a tube and you put it in the dudes mouth. You then hook him up to a ventilator. "Brooks, run some tests and page me when your done." you say while taking the gloves off.

You and Derek walk out. "Derek.. you woke me up to run a dead patient?" you say. "You needed the training." Derek says. "I haven't slept in like 2 days, my girlfriend and I had a very bad arguement and now we are taking time apart, and I can't eat. Please try not to wake me up for dead patients anymore." you say. You go to the cafeteria to get a cup of coffee. You sit at a table and try to drink the coffee. You keep dozing off. Your pager goes off again. You throw the coffee in the trash and go find Brooks.

She hands you the results of the test. "Yep. Brain dead." you say. "What do we do now Dr. Johnson?" Brooks says. "Do hourly tests and send me the results." you tell Brooks.

You then just start walking around the hospital to wake up a little. You go all the way to the basement and sit on the gurneys. You start meditating and dozing off. Alex and Meredith walk into the basement to see you sitting up sleep. They carefully sit next to you. Alex taps your shoulder which startles you. "I'm up!" you say. "You were knocked." Meredith says while sitting back. "Why aren't you and Arizona cool?" Meredith says. "How'd you know?" you say. "Derek talks a lot." Meredith says.

"Now tell us." Alex says. "First, Emory and Mass Gen wants me if I pass my boards. I told Arizona and she just thinks im automatically leaving." you say. "Im just trying to make everyone proud you know?" you say. Meredith and Alex nod. "So after I got back we were yelling back and forth and just as I was walking out she said I was just like my mom said." you say. "Basically she called me a disappointment for maybe deciding to go to a different hospital." you say. "Aww." Meredith says. "Why didn't you tell me yesterday?" Alex says.

"Cause I don't want you guys to pick sides between me and her. I love Arizona. I want- actually I am going to marry that girl one day. My dad is gonna walk me down that isle while my whole family watches." you say while smiling. "I just feel like I'm too broken. I'm too messed up right now." you say. "But that girl truely has half of my heart." you tell them. "Alex, you know ive never felt about nobody like this." you say. Alex then gets up. "Where are you going?" Meredith asks. "I have a patient to check up on." Alex says.

"Anyways.. aren't you almost due Mer?" you say. " 34 weeks next week." Meredith says with her big bump. "So you know the gender?" you say. "Maybe." Meredith says. "Mer! Tell me!!" you say. "I haven't even told Cristina y/n." Meredith says. "Don't you think you should calm down then? Your about to pop!" you say. "If you and Derek don't leave me alone!" Meredith says.
