I get into the cab and the driver pulls off heading towards our destination.
"You look good Kay." Kim cheers and Hazel backs her up.
"You to ladies." I express.
Minutes later the cab comes to a stop and Kim pays for it even after arguing we split the bill. We get in the club and see it is packed with people dancing and drinking to the blasting music.
Kim and I look for a table while Hazel gets our drink. Someone clears their throat behind me.
"I didn't expect to see you here tonight," Theo states checking me out.
"I didn't either," I respond.
"Hey, am Kim, Kay's single friend," Kim says extending her hands pushing me to the side. Theo looks at me then back to Kim, then back to me. He shakes her hand still staring at me.
"How about I find you a table, come on." He asks and I nod.
"Kay you should remain here to let Hazel know where we are," Kim suggests eyeing Theo.
"I am not leaving you. Let's wait for your friend first." Theo says winking at me. I blush.
"I never got to know your name sexy." Kim steps in front of me and I take a step back. Theo just smiles politely at Kim but he was uncomfortable I could tell by the way he kept checking his watch everyone and them.
I spot Hazel walking up to us with our drinks on a tray making me chuckle. I need a drink to get through this night.
"Hey am back," Hazel says out of breath. Her eyes widen when she spots Theo.
"Who is this?" She whispers into my ear. I shrug.
"Ladies, follow me." Theo asserts as he moves into the crowd and up the stairs to the VIP section. The bouncer gives him a nod and moves to let us pass.
"Kaylee, that is my brother. He has been asking for you." He chuckles making me hit him playfully when we reach the VIP where a bunch of ladies and men are.
"Colin, here's Kaylee. Don't mess with her." He tells his brother making me giggle.
"Now I get why you left that brat, Isabella. Damn!" He says winking at me. I laugh.
"Colin," Theo warns him and I resist the urge to roll my eyes, why does he have to mention that bitch.
"Well, nice to meet you, Colin." I tease making him laugh.
"Am sorry, am not usually like this. Come sit." He says taking me from Theo, who reluctantly lets me go and leads me to the leather sofas.
Kim and Hazel follow suit, Colin spots Hazel and he stares at her. I look between them and smile to myself, Theo signals I go over to him and I excuse myself from Colin.
"I don't like your friend." He whispers in my ear when I settle in my seat next to him. I know he means Kim.
"Why?" I ask.
"Cause she is bothering me." He buffs.
"No, she's just interested in you." I frown at the idea.
"Well, I am not. I am interested in someone else." He states staring at me. I turn to him.
"Who?" I ask absentmindedly.
"You." He says standing up to answer his phone.
I couldn't even process what he just said. I take a glass of water and take small sips my mind wondering.
I look up to see Kim is nowhere to be seen and Hazel is taking to Colin, blushing.
I poured myself a little bit of whiskey and downing it down in one gulp. I didn't like the taste but I like the feeling, I continue to drink until I decide to take the whole bottle.
The music was blasting and for the first time, I feel like I am free, with no responsibilities. No stressing. I look around and see Kim is not yet back so is Theo, I wonder where they are.
I stand up and walk to the dancefloor. There is a small crowd dancing and twerking and I join in. My tight dress making it not so easy to move. I feel hands on my waist urging me to dance. I look back and see it's a lady, she's so drunk like me. We giggle as I grind on her.
Someone tugs my arm and I look up to see angry Theo. He leads me to where Hazel and Colin are.
"What were you thinking?" He yells at me making me wince.
"Where were you?" I ask spotting Kim on the sofa smirking. I put two and two together and I push him away from me. I take a seat on one of the sofas.
"This is her first time." I hear Hazel saying.
"Her first time to what?" Colin asks her.
"To go clubbing with us and take alcohol. She doesn't drink. Like ever." Hazel informs earning gasps.
"She has never had alcohol before?" Theo asks.
"Yes." She confirms.
"I am right here guys. I can hear you." I sigh loudly.
"Theo, you want to go to my place and continue what we started?" Kim shouts making my head snap up.
"What the fuck did you say?" I question standing up. Jealousy running through my veins.
"You know what, you bore the fuck out of me. If it wasn't for Hazel I would never have talked to you. You disgust me I swear. You are po.." She does not complete her yapping.
I charge at her slapping her across her face making her fall down. I continue to punch her and I am pulled from her with muscular strong arms. I grab her wig and throw it across the room.
"Talk to me like that again. I will show you what am made of." I yell at her struggling to get up.
"Get her the fuck out of here. Now!" Theo yells at the bouncers. They grab Kim and push her out of the place.
"Are you okay?" The whispers in my ear making me turn around and look at him.
"I am okay now," I say pulling away from him and giving him a sloppy smile.
"Damn, I like you already." Colin pulls me in a hug making me laugh. Hazel gives me a reassuring smile before going back to drinking.
We decide it is early to call it a night, we take shots together and dance.
I blackout.
