"I think I know you. You look so familiar but I just can't remember." bahagya pang sumingkit ang mga mata ni Simon habang inaalala kung saan niya nakilala si Isabel pero hindi niya matandaan.
"I always went to the capital. Perhaps you saw me there." sagot naman ni Isabel saka tumungga rin sa kanyang alak.
Simon slept for a whole two days after the incident so she didn't have a choice but to guide him after she burnt the skeleton.
Simon told her that the skeleton was the owner of this house. After she burnt the skeleton, she put it in an urn and settled it on the altar as a sign of respect to the dead.
A months ago, she and her members were travelling to the capital when they were attacked. She travelled alone and accidentally came here when she felt the familiar power of Matthew at the lake. "As long as you are not Matthew's bloodline." bulong ni Simon.
"Sorry?"
"Ah... huh? N-nothing what I mean is as long as you have a big breast." napatutop siya sa bibig at nanlalaki ang mga mata na napatingin kay Isabel.
What did I just say? aniya sa sarili saka napapikit ng mariin.
"What?"
"N-no. No. No. What I mean to say... as... as long as you have a big... big heart. Yeah... then... then you are allowed to stay here." pagpapaliwanag ni Simon.
Isabel smiled genuinely at him.
"Thank you. You are such a gentleman."
Simon froze as his heart beat so fast from her smile and her words. Napahawak siya sa kanyang dibdib.
"What happened? Are you sick?" nag-aalala ang boses na tanong ni Isabel sa kanya at hinawakan pa siya sa kamay at bahagyang hinaplos ang kanyang dibdib na mas lalong nagpatibok ng kanyang puso.
"Yes. I am inlove."
"Huh?"
"Ah..." tumikhim si Simon at inayos ang sarili.
"Of the scenery." sabi niya ay tumingin pa sa langit saka tumakbo papasok sa kanyang kwarto.
Agad niyang sinarado ang pinto ng kanyang kwarto at hinampas ang sariling ulo.
"What am I saying?" sabi niya saka humiga sa kama.

Lucifer growled furiously and clenched his hand.

Mas lalong yumuko si Lenard.
"My Lord, we have tried to go through the shield but it was very strong and is made of three layers."
