Tinadyakan ulit ni Andrew sa huling pagkakataon si Meling. He is so furious and worried. Pakiramdam niya ay guguho ang mundo niya pagkatapos niyang marinig ang nangyari sa dalaga.
He planned it for Matthew to reveal his beast form but he didn't think that Meling would also put dead bodies there. He only wanted him to put the Hagonoy plants where Matthew could smell it. It was still a good plan with the dead bodies scattered there if Yanna didn't see it first.

"Your royal highness, please calm down." Sabi ni Philip nang maabutan niya ang pangyayari.
Philip looked at Meling who was kneeling and accepting all the kicked from Andrew.

Kumalma naman si Andrew sa sinabi ni Philip.

Meling is his best friend and that is also one of the reason why he chose to be with Andrew' s side because of Meling.
Meling knew how ruthless Andrew is but despite of his attitude, Meling still chose to be Andrew's underling because of the reason that Andrew was being good to him and help his family before.
"She's awake. If you want to speak with her, you can speak with her now before the crown princess comes back or... Matthew will find out."
Dahil sa sinabi ni Philip ay biglang nawala ang galit ni Andrew. Inayos niya ang sarili at huling sinulyapan si Meling na nakaluhod pa rin bago pumasok sa tent.

Tumayo naman si Meling at yumuko sa harap ni Philip.

"I will take my leave now." Putol ni Meling saka walang lingon-likod na naglakad palayo dala ang espada.
Wala namang magawa si Philip kundi ang bumuntong-hininga na lang at sundan ng tingin ang likod ni Meling.
Since Meling chose to be the crown prince's underling, their friendship are no longer the same. Hindi gusto ni Meling na pagsabihan siya ni Philip dahil para sa kanya ay buo na ang desisyon niya.

Nang dahil sa sobrang gulat sa nakita niyang mga patay na katawan ng mga tao kanina ay nawalan siya ng malay at idagdag pa ang nakita niya sa pagbabago ng anyo ng asawa niya.
"W-where am i?" Tanong niya sa dalawang maid na nakabantay sa kanya.

She wandered her sight inside the room and found out that it was the room of the crown prince.
"Jusko! Santissima! Mahal na langit! Anong ginagawa ko dito?" Kinakabahang bulong niya sa sarili.
