"Your majesty!" Sabay na bulalas nina Bai Xian at Bai Zhi habang nanlalaki ang mga mata.

Samantalang agad namang bumaba si Matteo sa kama at lumuhod sa sahig para bumati sa emperor.

"I pay my respect to you, your majesty." Magalang na bati ni Matteo habang nakayuko pa rin sa sahig.

The emperor didn't say anything and just stared at Matteo. His eyes fixed in his golden-yellow hair.

"Rise up." Sabi niya na agad namang sinunod ni Matteo.

Matteo looked up but still kneeled on the floor.

The emperor stepped forward, bent down and stared at his innocent gorgeous face.

"Ye Hua..." Hindi makapaniwalang sambit ng emperor samantalang nagpalitan naman ng tingin sina Bai Xian at kanyang ama.

"Ye Hua... It is you. I know it is you. Ye Hua." Maiyak-iyak na paulit-ulit na binigkas ng emperor ang pangalan ni Ye Hua.

Nagtatanong ang tingin na sinulyapan ni Matteo sina Bai Xian at King Bai Zhi na ngumiti lang sa kanya para humingi ng permiso sa kanyang isasagot.

Ngumiti naman si Matteo at tumango bilang sagot.

The emperor smiled and hold both his shoulders and made him stood up.

He made him turn around while his teary eyes is still fixed at him.
