"No Sylvia, I'm sorry."
Sylvia flipped her hair and turned her back to Ace, "I don't wanna hear you, you broke your promise. Hmph."
Ace chuckled to himself as he whispered to himself, "You really are just like her."
"Hmmm, I didn't hear you properly, but I said already, I don't wanna hear anything you have to say you promise breaker. Hmph."
"Oh, don't be like that, I was just laughing at how cute you were. You were planning to do something nice for me, but you thought I'd laugh at you."
"Well you are laughing at me. Hmph."
"Well yes, but I'm laughing because you're being cute."
Sylvia turned to him while rolling her eyes, "You're still laughing, It's the same thing. I was right." She turned back around, "Hmph!"
"Ok, I'm sorry for laughing and breaking my promise."
"Sorry can't fix anything. Hmph!"
"Ok Sylvia, tell me what I can do to make you forgive me, I'll do anything, I promise."
"Your promises mean nothing to me, you literally just broke one."
"Ok, I know, but if I break this promise, I'll cook dinner for you for as long as you want."
"What if I want you to cook dinner for me for the next twenty years?"
"Well that'll be my punishment for breaking my promise to you won't it? And justly so, a punishment of equal extremity as breaking the trust of such a cute girl right." Ace said as he placed his hand on her head and rubbed it.
She turned around and smiled, "Ok, I forgive you."
" You forgave me so easily?"
"Nope, you're sincere and that matters alot to me," she stood up as she continued, "The food will get cold if we keep this going, I'm gonna go get some plates for us to eat. ok?"
"Yep."
As she skipped away, Ace thought to himself, 'she really is just like her, so sprity and cute.'
As she placed the plates on the table Ace realized she didn't bring her pasta, "Aren't you bringing the pasta you made?"
"Nope, you went through all the hassle to make such a lovely meal, plus I actually love carrot cake."
"Oh, well that's good to hear, I'll give you the whole carrot cake later."
"Are you sure? you should keep it for yourself."
"Nope, I'm good, I made the cake with the intention to make you feel better. Plus, I never was a huge fan of carrot cakes, plus there's the entire choclate cake, and I'll let you in a little secret, that choclate cake won't be around much longer."Ace said whiling laughing.
"Oh, you don't like carrot cake? So then why'd you learn to make it, and why'd you make it?"
"Oh, well I mean I learned how to make it because she liked it and it always made her happy when she was sad. So I guess I thought it'd make you happy too." Ace chuckled awkwardly as he scratched his head.
"She liked it?"
"Am, yeah, just a friend I knew." Ace said in hopes of moving on from the topic.
"Oh, ok, so are we gonna eat? All this talking will let the food get cold."
Sylvia realized Ace didn't want to talk about it, so she just changed the topic to eating.
Ace realized what Sylvia was doing.
