Chapter 10: You're perfect Syl

I mean how couldn't I love him. When we first met light reflected between the two of us as though an invisible spark, laughter bonded my soul to his, it was a warm and easy love, it was so simple yet so complicated, I didn't know what was in store in the future only that with him by my side I could have lived in the clouds forever with his lightning eyes and raindrop lips, but the gravity of life took hold of me and brought me back down to reality and I'm stuck asking myself the most excruciating question, "Is it really love I feel or is his heart the only place that has ever felt like home."

Because if it is just love, then if it's one sided I'll be ok, we love alot of people in life, and if they don't love us back it's ok. But if his heart is the only place that feels like home, since his heart isn't mines the day he gives it to someone I'll also be homeless since right now I'm squatting.

'Unless the way I feel is just me trying to fill a hole and maybe the day being around him doesn't make me happy I'll break his heart.' Sylvia looked up to see Ace and waved at him while smiling, 'Maybe I'll be selfish and love him, I just hope I don't break his heart, he's too kind. I wonder what he's doing so long?'

Ace was frustrated Danica had just called him and accused him of bad talking her and Aurora with Jada, which he didn't. Plus he was calling Aurora, but she wasn't answering, she had just sent a screenshot of Jada saying 'Aurora wasn't anything special and she doesnt understand why Aurora talks about her,' saying thanks to Ace for making Jada say that to her. But neither Aurora nor Danica was allowing Ace to explain himself.

Ace was thinking of what Danica said while he rang Aurora's phone, 'What secrets were she talking about, how'd she know I had secrets to tell to Aurora, if Aurora didn't tell her about them? That seems somewhat concerning, but whatever.'

After about twenty something calls later Aurora finally answered her phone, "What do you want Ace?"

"Well, I want to know why Danica just called me and accused me of bad talking yall and why'd you do the same?"

"Well, I'm still signed into your Instagram, and I saw you recently started back talking to Jada, so I thought you said something about me to her, but you said you didn't, so I trust you."

"So I haven't heard from you in months and the first time I hear from you it's you accusing me of bad talking you with a friend of mine?"

"Well you're the only person I knew that spoke to her."

"So you asked me about it, but what your first ex and his friend, don't they know Jada as well? And why'd Danica call me and say all those things to me?"

"Well I don't control her, she was just angry cause she's signed into my Instagram and saw the messages from Jada."

"So that gives her the right to verbally abuse me? And accuse me of bad talking you and her?"

"Listen to me ok Ace, I don't have time for this ok, I don't control her, so she can do or say whatever she wants, if you have a problem with it, just block her. And about the bad talking her thing, she saw something you said to me about her and says thats you bad talking her."

"But I was talking about her with you, not everybody else."

"Listen to me carefully ok Ace, not my business, I really don't care ok and I'm too busy for this. Bye bye Ace." with that as her last words, Aurora just hung up on him.

Ace stood there for a couple minutes trying to understand what really happened, 'Aurora can't control Dani, so if he had a problem with what she said he could just block her and ignore her right' He understood that, 'But if that was the case why did they blame him for what Jada said, Aurora and her had their history long before Ace knew Aurora, and he couldn't even remember if Aurora said anything bad about Jada, and Danica said that Aurora knew him so well and was there for him and knew so much about him so if she did, why would Aurora even think he'd do something like that, and why would she be ok with Danica being so disrespectful to him?'
