"And you see, we have a bone to pick with you, the same time you took over our friend's route he got locked up, and we find that a little suspicious, but we couldn't do anything, but now." They all smiled at him as they pulled up to an abandoned warehouse,"now we can."

They yanked him out the car and blind folded him as they took him into the warehouse. He felt them place a gun to his back, but he didn't mind, 'Oh well Syl, I did keep my promise, and now I'm coming to meet you and Thomas.' As that thought ran through his head he felt the gun leave his back and someone took his blindfold off.

"Hey Ace, how you doing, why didn't you defend yourself?"

Ace heard groaning at his feet, and when he looked down he saw everyone on the floor. "Well I couldn't."

"Bullshit Ace, I taught you, and I saw you take down guys three times you size, so what's the real issue?"

"Well Smith, all my friends are gone, and I'm alone and I'm useless, I couldn't even save my friends."

"That wasn't your fault, it was their time."

"Well if it was their time, this was mine."

"No it isn't." Smith handed him a gun, "now's there time."

All the guys began begging for their lifes saying they were sorry.

Ace looked at Smith as they begged him, but Smith gave a small nod indicating against it, but Ace threw away the gun, "I'm sorry Smith, I can't do it, I don't have the right to take someone's life, when I couldn't even save the life's of my friends. The only thing I have the right to do is wait until it's my time to die." As he was about to around and walk away, a bullet struck him in his knee. Afterwards three more bullets were fired. He thought, 'Right, I can go now, but when he looked he had only been shot in his knee and Smith had shot the three men in their head, execution style.

"See Ace, you should've just did what needed to be done."

"But they all have families and friends who would miss them like I miss my friends."

"So what about you?"

"I don't have anyone who'll miss me Smith."

Smith hit him in the back of his head, "You fool, It's a good thing Bob said watch your back a little longer even though I said you could defend yourself against them."

"Mr. Bob?"

"Yes Bob, he told me to wrap up these loose ends today. But I thought I'd leave them and let you relieve some stress," He looked Ace up and down, "Boy was I wrong. You were right Ace, you're not cut out for this type of thing anymore. You've lost that fire in your eyes. You're like an empty shell." Smith looked down and shook his head, "Now get in the car let me drop you back to school." As Smith was dropping him off he said, "Well, this is bye forever Ace, I hope you find your will to live again kid."

And that was the end of that chapter in Ace's life. He ended up entering a robotics competition later on, which he was close too winning, but he just couldn't focus on it, everynight he would remember his friends who were gone. And in the end, constantly thinking about them would cost him dearly. When the day of the country finals came, Ace was off, he couldnt concentrate, and that caused the team too lose, he was the main programmer on the team, the team captain, but his mind just wasn't there. And once again when he failed, he felt his mothers eyes of disappointment.

And with that he entered Form 4. For the rest of his days he was just an empty shell, he couldnt feel, he couldnt be happy, and he didnt even bother trying in school. He just gave the bareminimum at school, and life, he lived with his sadness, constantly tightening the bottle he kept his feelings in. He did lose weight though, but even that wasn't a good thing. Since Sylvia and Thomas died, he couldn't eat, he couldn't sleep, he was just always looking for an oppurtuninity to disappear. In his mind, if he couldn't kill himself, maybe starving himself would kill him but instead, it just made his existence more meaningless. He had lost all his strenght, and now even if he wanted to, he could never be what he once was.
