Its been 2 years since the events if uru-chan's unordinary, Arlo, Cecil, John and Seraphina graduated, leaving Blyke to the hierarchy. Blyke has gotten a lot powerful since then and has become a tier 6.4, similar to his predecessor. Arlo and Cecile have sinced moved away but John and Sera stick around at Wellston hired as Ability Tutors, a new class to help tutor potential high tiers become high tiers.
In this time however, a new John and Sera would emerge. ( No, John and Sera did not have babies. Its been 2 years. ), one who is related to Sera and the other completely odd and queer, some could say completely unlike John. They both enroll today.

They two show the other two around until they stop at Vaughn's office where they register and get assigned their dorms and such.
Sera: Well that's everything.
Fiore: Yeah, thanks for showing us around cuz, though I probably could have done it myself.

Em leaves and finds his locker, he sighs as he looks at himself at the mirror, doubting himself. He is very antisocial so its gonna take a lot for him to get used to it. He also possesses a secret which immediately depresses him. As he puts his final book in his locker, Fiore knocks on his locker.

Fiore: Hey dumbass.
Em: Jesus you scared me!

Fiore: What's your ability and tier? I wanna know how powerful my new classmate is.
