The rifle range was much smaller than the other training centers we had been to. The range was probably fifty meters long, but the targets were attached to wires so you could adjust how far away they were from you when training.
"Alright everyone, before you get too comfortable, you have an hour break for lunch. Lunch has been prepared for you in your respective dorms, we will see you back here in an hour," a man said from the end of the range where he was replacing the targets.
"Oh thank god, I'm starving," Jungkook whined next to me. We slowly filed out of the rifle range and made our way back to the dorms. Since we were at the rifle range, our dorm was now the closest building to us. I was thankful because I hadn't realised how hungry I was, I had been distracted by my nerves and my desire to succeed.
As we walked down the path toward our dorm, I saw Jackson was waiting at the main entrance.
"Hungry?" he asked with a chuckle.
"Exceptionally," Jungkook said as he walked through the main door.
As I made my way through the dining hall door, I was met by the smell of fresh food. My stomach started rumbling instantly. I was ravenous.
"Ah! Kimchi stew! This is my favorite!" Jungkook exclaimed as he picked up a meal tray and made his way to the food counter where a group of ladies were serving food. I grabbed my tray and joined Jungkook in the line, waiting our turn.
"Hello, thank you for the food," I bowed towards the lady serving my food. She smiled and placed a spoonful of stew on my tray and then a sizable helping of rice.
I scanned the room and saw Jungkook heading for a table in the corner of the room, closest to the window, it had become our spot. I sat down across from him and placed my tray on the table in front of me.
"This smells amazing," I whispered as I picked up a spoon and my chopsticks. I looked up to see Jungkook shoveling a massive spoonful of stew and rice into his mouth. I giggled at the sight. His cheeks were full and he had sauce running down his chin. "Here, let me help with that," I picked up my napkin and wiped his chin. He gave me a wide smile while he continued chewing on his food.
I looked back at my tray and picked up some rice with my chopsticks, dipping it in the stew before placing it in my mouth. The flavor was rich and savory. I groaned as I placed a spoonful of stew in my mouth. It was amazing.
"Wow, and I thought I liked kimchi stew," Jungkook muttered as he raised his eyebrows at me.
"I can't help it, this is amazing," I said through a mouthful of stew and rice.
"Would you like a glass of water?" Jungkook stood up from the table
"Yes please,"
I watched him as he walked away, admiring his form. His pants were hugging his legs in a few places, highlighting the muscles underneath them. His thighs were well defined and his pants clung to his ass perfectly. His black shirt was slightly damp on the back, causing his shirt to cling to his shoulders. He was ripped. As he turned around to walk back to the table, I quickly averted my gaze to the ceiling, pretending to be looking at something.
"What are you looking at?" He asked as he sat back down, placing my glass of water next to my tray.
"Oh, nothing, I thought I saw a bee," I said, still looking at the ceiling.
"So, tell me about yourself, Miss Jung," he said as he raised his glass to his lips.
"That is a very broad statement, Mr Jeon," I raised my eyebrow at him, "And haven't we had this conversation already?"
