Right after that, we went straight to his room and started on doing what we've planned earlier. There were A LOT of distractions. People knocking asking Joshua to join them and all.
Honestly that's annoying. Like take a HINT. This guy is seriously done with the people in this household I swear to god.
"Gosh, sorry you have to go through this" he apologized
"Nah, no need to be sorry. After all I've promised to help you out whenever I could right ? I'll be sure to keep it then" I replied
He let out of a sigh as he continued on studying
The was then a few knockings which have had him. He stood up and open the door to see that mother's girl standing there.
"Mrs Park, may I know what's your business here ?" He asked, trying his best to keep his cool
Joshua really hates it when people disturb him when he's studying. That's what Jeonghan said not that long ago. I mean I totally get him, I study for a really long time and preferred not to have any distractions.
"I'm just wondering why aren't you coming down to hang out with us. It's been a long time ever since our get-together, why don't you go downstairs than staying with that girl over there ?" She asked and honestly I felt like shoving papers in her mouth

"NO thank you. I have A LOT of works so if you could PLEASE leave US ALONE. I've made it CLEAR that I DON'T want to join your get-together today. Have a nice day" he was about to close the door but she kind barged in and he was surprised
"Why are you hanging out with a girl like her ?! My daughter is 10 times better than her !" said Mrs Park as she was pointing at me

"You don't know her so don't make any dirty speculations on her" Joshua defended
"So you're saying you prefer HER over MY daughter ?!" she was making a fuss at this point
Joshua was about to lose it for sure. If he could kick her out he would've done so but he's too much of a gentleman to do so.
"Mrs Park, both of us are studying for our mid-term. Please leave us alone so we could focus" I interrupted
"Who are you to pry into our problems ?" She glared
"Someone who knew about him better ??? Gosh, this is madness" I let out a sigh
"Joshua let's just go to the mansion ?? There's no distractions there" I offered
"Yeah, THAT'S a good idea" said Joshua as he went to pack his stuffs.
"I'll text my driver to pick us up I guess" I said as I pulled out my phone to text my driver
"E-excuse me ?! Are you two disrespecting me now ?" She asked in disbelief
"It's you who's disrespecting OUR privacy. If it were you, you would've done the same." said Joshua as he headed out earlier than me
Gosh, he really is angry.
I left shortly after. His parents seemed dissatisfied that I'm here. That girl looked annoyed.
Honestly I feel bad for him, I wonder why such a sweetheart have to go through this kind of stuffs
