"Oh my god..." Eliam gasped as he held his head again while still looking at the reflection in the mirror. Flashbacks of memories that weren't his flooded his mind. His head was no longer hurting but it felt like he was being sucked in a blackhole with how slow time was moving but at the same time, he was going through years of memories.

"S-Stop..." He muttered once he was able to take his eyes off the stranger in the reflection.

Rubbing his eyes to see if he was seeing right, Eliam groaned because he couldn't think straight anymore. His memories were pushed to the back of his mind with the arrival of the new ones that he didn't recall experiencing. "Am I tripping?"  His body wobbled as if he had lost all strength in his bones while attempting to get up from the bed.

The familiar yet unfamiliar feeling of the carpet covering the floor subtly tickled his soles, but he paid it no mind. His thoughts were elsewhere, mainly focused on someone's entire life flashing before his eyes.

And he thought the movie review assignments in one of his minor subjects were too much.

Silence consumed the room as Eliam stood there, looking at the pale feet that seemed to radiate a glow as the rays of the sun hit them. It's as if an entire world appeared in his life. He didn't know how to explain it. None of the academic books and journals explained this phenomenon.

Right. There was that event where he dreamed of talking with someone.

"Something about living... taking over..." he mumbled like he was recalling the answers for his biochemistry test. Once he dared to look at the mirror again, Eliam turned his head. He was once more met with the stranger's face.

He knew he wasn't imagining things. The person's alabaster skin was glowing under the morning sun. The chiseled jaw and straight nose looked like they were carefully carved by a renowned sculptor. The semi-long black hair that reached his shoulders was smooth.

But the most captivating part Eliam captured was the pair of arctic eyes prodded over by the double eyelids.

His feet turned towards the mirror, and slowly, he took steps towards it. When he reached the object, Eliam reached out, and the reflection copied. His fingers grazed the cold and hard mirror, but he didn't notice it at all. He was enamored by what he was seeing.

"Pier..." he whispered. The man in front of him was none other than the same person with whom he had a conversation in the dream.

Pier Belmiunde.

The name sounded so old-fashioned that Eliam almost snapped out of the trance from being captivated by Pier's looks. As the memories told him, Pier is the first-born son of Ronnovian and Antoinette Belmiunde, who happen to be the headmaster and headmistress of the Belmiunde Household, also widely known as the House of Masters in the Taron Kingdom.

"Woah, info overload there..." his face distorted in displeasure, but so did the man in the mirror, which made him stop for a second. His fingers traced the reflection's face as he admired every inch of it.

"God... you're beautiful..." Eliam couldn't help but compliment. If anyone saw him right now, they would probably be weirded out by such a narcissistic comment like that. Even Eliam himself would have cringed to death if he ever said that to his self.

But he was talking to Pier Belmiunde, the man in the mirror who was copying everything he did. From the movements to the facial reactions. It was the first time Eliam had been starstruck in such a long time.

The last time it happened was when he discovered Henry Cavill and the actor's younger self back in the day.

While admiring Pier's out-of-this-world looks, Eliam's gaze caught the only thing out of this place inside Pier's room. He paused, staring at the object intently.
