At the Garrison labs..
Pidge couldn't help but let the giggle escapes her lips as she walked into the doorframe, hearing Keith quick apology behind her as his gloved hands stayed covering her eyes. Being close in height was making the walking someone blindly a bit difficult but somehow, they were doing well .. as well as they could.
Her hands left held out in front of her, she only lowered them before hand when Keith said it was just a straight walk onwards but the doorframe that now held a herself size dent proved otherwise. She smiled as she felt a pair of hands take her own, she knew the warmth of the left hand and the newest coolness of the right. Lacing her fingers together and feeling Keith hands slip away from her eyes while telling her to keep her eyes tightly shut.
"It seems, there's been one lucky star that's kept your wish tucked away safely" Shiro admitted as he lead his future mate further into the garden lab, a smile on his lips as he knew what was coming for her.
"Takashi, I haven't wished upon a start since my early cub years. If I wanted something, I had to grab it myself and crush those who try taking it from me" Pidge simply replied, her voice soft and she heard her future mate chuckle since he was use to such answers from her.
"Well, trust me. This wish is going to be a good one and I don't think you'll have to fear any taking it away. No fighting will need to be done" Shiro casually muttered back, pulling them to a stop and kissing her hands before releasing her hands and stepping back.
"Just don't hit us for seeing your personal belonging" Keith whispered out with slight fear for her wrath, staying by the closed lab doors and ready to run if the surprise didn't end with a happy mood.
"Katie, open your eyes" Shiro spoke up, his voice filled with an emotion she wasn't sure over at the time but she did as he ordered.
Opening her eyes, her hands by her side calmly and she raised an eyebrow towards Matt who stood with a light purple bow in his hair. She looked over her shoulder towards Shiro, clearly wondering over what was happening and he just nodded his head for her to turn back around. And she did, noticing Sam and Colleen standing with warm smiles, an arm wrapped around each other as their other hands held her precious box, the one her brother had given to her and the one that held the only link to Earth she had.
