Katie was now sixteen and mostly went by as Pidge.

She may have been the Galran Princess but she expected to be as powerful as a commander with her own skills.

She could fight, she could think and she knew how to take over a planet within just five minutes without to much blood being spilled. 

She was a symbol to the galra, a new hope when her brother Lotor seemed to grow distant from his father. 

She knew the king and her brother bond wasn't as strong as the bond she held with both her brother and the king. 

She wondered why they never got along but then she wondered over the ongoing war as well, she seen rebels and she seen what control King Zarkon held over the universe. 

She didn't agree with the war or how planets were treated by the galra empire, she tried helping the best she could but while also following her orders and completing her duties.

She grew a little but was still rather short compared to all t he Galrans around her. Her skin was also rather fair while every other galra had dark purple skin. Her long soft hazel hair wasn't like the dark purple, white or grey colour like all the galra around her. Her bright pretty golden haze eyes weren't glowing yellow or a shade of purple like the other Galran's she grew up with. Her cheeks and nose was dotted with cute freckles, something she never seen another have around her. 

She hated her reflection, she use to stare at herself wondering why she was born so different to all the other galra cubs she was trained with when becoming the perfect fighter. She was the princess and yet she was one of a kind. 

Thace, her private trainer use to treat her like a normal glara while helping her to feel at home within Zarkon ship. He always treated her fairly and looked out for her while training her well enough to fight even him and almost win every time. He was a good teacher to her, a better uncle to her in her own eyes. 

Ulaz, her teacher who taught her the galra history and the knowledge she would be needed. He also taught her a little extra after noticing how smart she was and the love she held over learning the unknown. He looked out for her and helped her own her own skills while showing her she had a place to belong within the galra empire. He helped teach her that her skills could make her powerful and made her a proud princess. He was also Thace mate it seems and a very good uncle in her eyes as well. 

She walked the long halls, the king calling for her after she returned from her mission on checking on the progress over the planet Olkarion. Everyone seemed to be going well and the commander seemed to be following his own orders well enough.

Olkarion was one of her favourite planets and she was always overjoyed when she got sent to check on the planet and make sure the commander was doing his own thing while he thought King zarkon won't look in on a planet so far away. But Olkarion was a rather amazing and needed planet due to their tech, its why they got treated a little better then most imprisoned planets. 

She wouldn't lie, she did let her excitement escape her sometimes when she would go for a visit and always look over whatever they were building under Zarkon orders. She would even help sometimes but that was rather rare since a Princess shouldn't be working with prisoners.
