☆ Singhal siblings sneak out ☆

Annika got down from the chopper as it landed at Delhi airport. The night was calm with cool wind blowing slowly. It was all the aftermath of rains in Delhi.

She nodded at Shakshi who was there with her car to pick Annika.

"I hope work is going well here ? " Annika asked getting in the car.

"Yes ma'am , everything is going smoothly. "Shakshi replied.

"Okay ! Drive through vasant vihar. It takes less time to reach at her place from there. "

Shakshi nodded at her and followed her words.

Annika looked outside the window. It had been almost three months since she had shifted back to Mumbai. Everything was the same.

But she was different, last time she remembered she cared only about herself and her issues and now she was here to explain Tanya the situation.

She was used to hassles and sceptic decisions but the people who were getting tangled together in the web created by her mother were not accustomed to it.

Sameer's mother had denied for Tanya and Sameer's relationship but love doesn't end like this.

Sameer had still not told Tanya about her being aware about there relationship. She was sure once Tanya meets her guilt will be the only they both will be feeling.

She could at least sincerely apologise to her.

Her trail of thoughts stopped when the car screeched stopped in front of a two storey house.

Annika got out of the car and took steps towards the entrance. She looked around the garden which had baby tomatoes and potatoes plants. Some flowers and herbs too.

She pressed the bell and waited for Tanya to open. She heard shuffling from inside and the door opened.

Tanya stared at Annika for a minute before hugging her. The hug was to show that it didn't effect her that Sameer was engaged to her now.

"How have you been? "Tanya asked pulling her inside.

Annika signed at her behavior. Was she still not aware that Annika was playing her matchmaker?

"Congratulations! You didn't even tell me that you'd be getting engaged. I would have tried harder to come." Her fake smiling and happiness was all a lie , and Annika was aware of it.

Why are you so silent? Wait I'll bring something to eat for you. " Tanya kept on talking about anything that came in her mind.

"Tanya!" Annika called out to her causing her to stop in her tracks.

"What are you doing? " Annika asked her.

"Bringing you something to eat?" Tanya replied unsure but obvious.

"Why are you faking all this when your are not happy about the engagement! " Annika questioned with hands on her hips

Tanya who was not aware of the fact that Annika was okay with her Sameer's relationship and had been trying to play a matchmaker was caught off gaurd at her question.

These questions were a black stain on her friendship with Annika , her loyalty to Annika.

She had been secretly developing feelings for her best friend's boyfriend.

"No , Annika there is nothing like that! Why would I not be happy at your engagement? " Tanya turned away lying.

"Hats off to you for still playing on! But I know you have feelings for Sameer. Accept it Just like Sameer did ! "
