☆ His little kiddo was not his own?☆

We speak of men and their rage as if it is laudable. Men just get mad and push each other and it's over. Women are just bitches; they never let it go. That's because they  never can let it go. Because where would they put it? What system? What faith? What institution has room? Has patience? Has understanding for an angry woman?

Annika, when in rage tried to find space , chose silence and cried when it was unbearable. Just because she was aware that all the things she wanted to yell and shout , she couldn't. Mostly because it had no value. It wouldn't change anything.

But today she chose to speak , to show that she's fire , not to be played with.

"Mom , before you leave I'd like to remind you of one thing. I am your daughter, very much like you. Don't force me to fall on your level to win"

With eyes burning in rage she spoke up. This time to shut everyone up.

"Bitter people are not interested in what you say, but what you hide. I realized how true this is!"

"I have always been ignored and unloved by you. Trust me it hurt a lot. But now I have learnt to live that hurt"

She was the heart and soul of revolution - inner and outer. She burned for change, she danced in the fire of the old, all the while visioning and weaving the new.

This was change !

This was the fire which burnt her. Was burning her from past eight years.

"But just because I have learnt to live with the pain doesn't mean I allow you to hurt me again." Madhuri raised her brows at her tone and body language.

Annika always spoke up , sometimes trying to convince her and some times arguing with monosyllabic words. But it was always her helplessness speaking for her.

Today her words were sharp , enough to slice someone's throat. Her words held rage , fury and rebellion.

"Till now I have respected the fact that in front of the world you are my mother. But I know that even after giving birth you could never be a mother to anyone .

You have a trump card. That you always use against me. But you forgot that bitterness is like cancer. It eats upon the host. Just like how all these years the bitterness you have for me kept pricking you. And anger is like fire. It burns it all clean. If you can tell bhai that I am not his blood sister , that even after not being the part of the family by blood Dada ji named fifty percent of the entire property on my name then I can tell bhai and papa the biggest secret of your life."

Madhuri looked at her with a hard face, eyes red and teary. She was not saying anything just because she was counting minutes. She herself had come to tell Annika her condition but it was taking more than expected time. She was anxious if Aditya heard even a single word.

"Actually, one of would be out the moment you open your mouth and the other one would be revealed by me"

"You are now playing my game with me?" Madhuri asked with a mocking smile but her teary eyes couldn't be avoided.

"No , I don't play dirty games like you. I am warning you. I will never marry Sameer! You can't make me dance on your tune this time. "

Madhuri decided to leave the room before Aditya come back. Unknown to her just outside the room Aditya stood listening to everything.

"I have not finished yet! " Annika stopped her but Madhuri interrupted.

"Annika , just remember that your one step will ruin all the effort you have put in making this wedding perfect go in vain" with that Madhuri turned to leave.
