"This is my Son...Aarav!" Kunal said with pride.
Swara was numb because she hadn't told her parents about this, but the boy's innocence on his face made her feel something she never knew existed within her.
Swara stat on her knees to reach the boy's level and smiled. He was little boy but it looked as if anger sat on his nose. She was flabbergasted seeing his eyes because she saw an emptiness within him. An emptiness she thought only she felt and that is when it occurred to her that this emptiness is hidden within him and she was shocked upon thinking 'How can a year old boy conceal so much pain within!?'
Never in her life she had thought about kids, neither did she ever discuss about children with Vansh but Aarav's emptiness made her realize that she could mend a broken child. After all as a doctor this is what her goal always was. Saving lives.
The suppressed motherhood within Swara had her immediately embrace him. She did not realize how the environment around her was actually heating up. She did not realize when the quarrel among the two families had begun.
Just when she thought everything would become fine, Aarav tilted his head towards her ear and whispered "You'll Never be my mother! Never Ever!"
With this he pushed Swara with all his strength, She lost balance and assumed that her mehandi will go for a toss when she was saved just a few inches above the ground. Her eyes wide in shock. Her hands around a built chest and her waist tightly held by her savior.
This commotion made everyone go silent. When she realized that she did not really fall, she managed to look at her savior. There Stood Dr. Kunal Roy Chand, with his to be bride in his arms.
Swati who was a few feet away from Swara had a mischievous smile form on her face as she had already noticed the chemistry between her Di and Jiju (Brother-in-law).
Swati's heart was doing Kathak in excitement and she did not realize when Karan came and stood beside her.
"Do you see the chemistry too?" He questioned.
Without bothering to look at who was talking to her, she replied "Totally!"
"Look at how handsome Jiju is! I can't believe that stupid Karan is his brother!" She added in.
Karan stares at her with his arms crossed over his chest! "What do you mean? I am more handsome than Bhai (Brother)!" He yelled.
At this comment Swati had a face filled with disgust and she turned around to face Karan, "Cheeee(Ewww)!! Why would you talk to me?? You self-obsess--"
She was interrupted by Karan's hand that was covering her mouth, preventing her from speaking.
"Ayee! Dayan(Witch)!! Fight me later, look at the chaos over there first."
With his free hand Karan twisted her neck to the direction where the parents were fighting. Upon seeing the chaos, she realized that her perfect couple wouldn't be a couple if they didn't get married in the first place.
"Why did your brother have to hide his son in the first place!?" Swati mockingly questioned Karan.
"Ohh! Madame? My brother would never do that, I am sure he wouldn't hide such a huge thing! There is some huge misunderstanding." Karan said defending his brother.
