The tension in the atmosphere could be cut by a pair of scissors. Swara was standing with Kunal and Aarav on either sides. Dadi almost collapsed when she heard about this new proposal by Swara and Kunal.
She was shocked to hear that Swara would be dropping Aarav to school and that was something she never thought of.
"No! I am not allowing that! We have Ramu dropping Aarav to school, isn't that enough?" Dadi yelled at Swara.
"but--"
Dadi interrupted her.
"No! I said no means no! We are already very modern to let our daughter-in-law work but dropping and picking from school would be a little too much...we are capable of arranging a driver then--"
"Dadi! I'll be there? will that be ok? I'll drop Aarav off to school in my car and then I'll drop Dr. Swarishka on the way? is that fine?" Kunal interrupted Dadi by stating this.
She frowned for a bit before accepting his proposal with a smile.
"Alright! You can do that!" She agreed.
Swara was in 'aww' after hearing that.

She wished there would be a button to turn off the awkwardness in the air.
Kunal was driving, Swara was sitting in the co passenger seat and Aarav was sitting in the back seat. The atmosphere was awfully quite.
Swara and Kunal were not on bad terms but not exactly on good terms either. They were not strangers that was for sure.
Aarav was sitting behind, huffing in anger.
"Ummm...Have a good day? Aarav." She finally broke the silence.
He pouted in anger for a while and yelled "Why are you sitting in my Mom's place? That belongs to her and only she can sit there."
"Aarav, say sorry!" Kunal raised his voice.
Swara sighed.
"Aarav! What do you call Avi Mama's(Avyaan = Avni's older bro) wife?" Swara began.
"Kajal Mami" Aarav replied.
"What would you call Karan Chachu's wife?" She continued.
"Chachi!" He replied.
"Then my dear, what would you call Papa's wife?"
"Mumma!" He instantly spoke.
"So that means it is fair for me to sit here? Right?" Swara looked into the rare view mirror examining Aarav's expression.
Aarav was over the board confused. He didn't know what to be told further. Technically, Swara was Kunal's wife and it made sense because she would be his mother since she married his father, He just didn't know what to say...so he huffed again and sat, quietly.
While driving and hearing the conversation between Aarav and Swara, he looked into the rare view mirror to see, his son's expression when his eye caught hold of Swara doing the same.
It was a moment where they both just blankly stared into each other through the mirror.
Kunal immediately gathered his eyes back on to the road and Swara awkwardly looked outside the window. Shutting her eyes close and crinkling her nose upon thinking what just happened.
